  HEB used to be a great place to go, but now it's just expensive food at a grocery store . For the last 5-6 years they've just increased their prices and removed their lower priced options from the store. Example: Where did the Hill Country Fair singles serving Greek yogurts go? HEB used to be much better than Randalls. Now it seems it's the other way around.

  Why does it take months to add a new item to pickup/delivery? Why do I need to call to notify HEB that a delivery order was not delivered even though they received the delivery back? Also, why can’t we have dedicated baggers? They hop around and rarely are available for us when it’s our turn to checkout. Please do better, HEB.

  I came in for 8 items and got to the check out an hour later still not finding everything I needed. There is no reason to have cereal and baked goods in three different places (in pharmacy) around the store while aisles are half full. Saying pardon our dust while remodeling is no excuse. Good natured people are just putting up with this. Shame on you HEB.

  Jennifer (the Manager) went out of her way to find the Halloween Doormat that I came specifically to this HEB for. The app said it was in stock, but it wasn't on the floor. She went looking through the backstock and hunted me back down throughout the store just to find me and get it in my hands! I was super appreciative and said I would leave a survey! Unfortunately, my receipt didnt have a way to take a survey and online I needed a certification code which my receipt didn't have either, so I hope this will suffice! Thank you for going way above and beyond! You literally won't get this service anywhere other than your local HEB!

  Yall are great BUT, this is primarily for the bakery department… i love the cream cheese icing cinnamon rolls and sometimes icing on its neat, each roll has a good amount and clearly looks like someone or few ppl take pride in doing it..that really draws me to them and makes it a no brainer purchase. But then there are other times where you can tell there is no pride in their work. The icing looks very sloppy and 2 of them will barely have any icing and the other 2 will have barely enough. Tonight i looked at all the cases of cream cheese cinnamon rolls and bummed out that none of them were decent enough to buy (sloppy, not enough icing, etc). I just ask that your bakery employees to have some consistency with it, like i said there is someone or maybe a few ppl that take pride in their presentation and i really appreciate them. It makes a HUGE difference. Thank you.
