- JDJ D3 days ago1.0I’m done with this store, I could barely shop today because everything was being moved around during shopping hours. I’m tired of almost getting run over every time I shop here because cars won’t stop for people in the crosswalk, My meat was spoiled as well and it wasn’t past due date so someone is not moving product properly.
- CBChau BuiAug 9, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst pharmacy experiences ever. They’ve repeatedly made mistakes filling my dad’s prescriptions. This time, his heart medication was prescribed at 20 mg, 2 pills a day for 30 days (60 pills), but he received only 20 pills. The explanation was that the technician entered “20” for the quantity because the medication was 20 mg. Mistakes happen, but this is a serious medication-safety issue. What if the mistake involved the wrong medication or dosage? I hope H-E-B Pharmacy management takes this seriously and puts better checks in place to prevent this from happening again.

I got off late today and just wanted to grab something quick , I was grabbing my last item when a lady wearing a blue shirt passed by and yelled “you have 3 mins left!!! “ after already saying it 5 times on the intercom ! Because I didn’t reply she came back to yell in my face and said “did you hear me ?!!!” I will NEVER return to this location ! If your big on customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS HEB I honestly feel harassed for being a customer shopping late
- RSRubie SJul 15, 20265.0The HEB cake slices are some of the best I have ever tasted. Equivalent to home made. The flavors chosen were delectable, rich not overly. Last purchased a pink strawberry icing, dark chocolate center. The freshness is there. Impossible to not purchase when shopping. Usually would not buy cake at a grocery nor eat so many slices. Impossible not to. Visited two seperate locations, this one and Research, have had the same luck with the slices each time, fresh. Tried two more flavors since writing this review. The tiramisu, lemon lime tort cream. The Braker lane had the last two. Wow! ❤️
