  Taking the time today to send a review over to mention someone who I always see go above and beyond with customer service his name is " Andy" this is my go to grocery store and I always see him handling is job very well ❤️ the kindness he shows to customers and his co workers is something I believe deserves to be noticed. Store all in all 10+10 Thanks guys!

  Charged my Mach E just after midnight at the Tesla chargers and it was only 17¢ per kWh. Brady fee I've seen anywhere. I was surprised at the number of other people who were charging their cars at that hour.

  I've been shopping at the 41st Street HEB for years and it's one of the most convenient grocery stores in Central Austin. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. the recent remodel added a lot of nice improvements, and I especially appreciate the wide selection of fresh produce and prepared foods. Overall, it's a great neighborhood heb and a reliable place to shop.

  Excellent customer service every time I visit. The employees are always friendly, professional, and willing to help everyone with a positive attitude. The store is clean, well-organized, and the team goes above and beyond to create a great experience for customers. Keep up the amazing work!

  The security staff at this location is out of control and dangerous. I approached a female security guard completely politely, using 'ma'am' and 'Ms. Officer,' to ask a basic question to guide me to a spot that does cash back. Because of her own unprovoked bias and intimidation, she immediately caught an attitude and told me to leave instead of helping.When I didn't give her the reaction she wanted, she escalated the situation to a terrifying level by calling the police and fabricating a complete lie, falsely claiming I was trying to take people’s money. Crucially, she kept her own bodycam turned OFF during her initial hostility, and only turned it on later in the conversation to try and cover her tracks and manipulate the narrative.Weaponizing the police with a fraudulent report against a tall Black man who was just asking a question is completely unacceptable and illegal. Store management needs to pull the overhead store surveillance footage from today, match it against her late bodycam footage to see her cover-up, and terminate her immediately. I am completely done spending my money at store #425.
