  I was shopping. Had a full basket. Realized I forgot my cc n phone at home. I put basket near register. Went to my car to drive home and get my cc and phone Security followed me took a pic of my licence plate. Felt very intimidated, uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable going back, strange. Seemed like maybe I was being profiled. I decided to go to go back to my regular heb. I may talk to them to b sure no issues

  This H.E.B. 🤦🏾‍♀️ never! Has the $1.00 tuna fish I swear every time I go to buy it there out of stock, I went in 2, day’s in 1, week they never! Have cinnamon sugar pan de polvo cookies, get this I get the bread that’s in the refrigerator when I started eating a slice then another one then another one just to discover the bread loaf was all cracked disappointed customer the last pic is the only slice that was good and I was looking forward to enjoying a apple butter peanut Butter sandwich not anymore my loaf was holy.

  I'll give you this much I started working at H-E-B when I was a little kid was able to provide for myself get me apartment now I visit H-E-B it has become this gigantic beautiful place where I can take my friend with multiple sclerosis we can go get barbecue I can take him to the bathroom and I tell you hey Siri is a blessing H-E-B has been one as well thank you for H-E-B always let me feed my friend not to mention what they donate to the food bank where I volunteer at absolutely a blessing H-E-B

  Salmon was neither cleaned nor cured properly. Fishy smell and skin/fat Edit 1: I gave a call on below number provided by HEB. The lady on the phone said she would issue me a gift card but completely forgets to ask my email address after I ask her if the gift card would be sent to my phone number or my email address. She said I will get it by tonight or by tomorrow. Will update here if I receive it or not. Edit 2: I received the gift card.

  HEB store full of homeless and criminal. I am an Asian American woman. a homeless black tall guy followed me, I felt unsafe, the, I told the guy to leave me alone, otherwise, I would call the police. Then, I went to see a supervisor or manager in HEB Hancock store,78751. unfortunately, one guy HEB staff immediately yelling at me that it was not true, no one followed me. It was a rude attitude and did not say anything to protect me. I was very angry and asked the manager to solve my problem. finally, the store manager Jonathan is also really bad service to me, too. I told him that I felt unsafe, and harassment. but, they immediately did not let me to explain my situation. They said they did nothing wrong to me. they did not provide me bad service. They did not listen to me, but discrimination and denying all my requests. I was bullied by some store stuff many times. and someone in the store followed me before.I did reported to Jonathan. And two week ago, some homeless people or criminal guys attacked me in the store, then, I called 911, the, police officer came to solve my issues and made a report to the police officer. Only the police officers protect me, but not HEB managers. This is a very dangerous store full of homeless and criminals. but, Jonathan never solves my issues but is a bully. I have been shopping here for years. I remember this bad terrible manager never help me to answer my questions, or solve my problems for years. I will never go back to HEB to shopping in the future. They treat Asian like garbage.
