- APAmy Price3 days ago5.0I stopped in today and realized that I forgot my purse at home. So I did not have any money on me. Luckily , I had a scratch off to turn in. The customer service desk was not open yet.It was too early. The lady Katelyn at the self check out , was helping me to get my card on my phone with the digital wallet. Then jay came to the rescue and took my scratch off ticket and turned it in for me at the customer service desk. I was so thankful because I did not have any money with me today.And I had to work twelve hours so it was good that I got some food and something to drink. They really went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent customer service. I live in leander , but I love this HEB. They are the best!! Thank you so much for making my day. 👍👍💯💓

He never made any attempt to call or check into this stimulus check. He was very dismissive. I went to the location on Congress and oltorf yesterday and had no issue with it. 10/15/26 @ 11:45 AM

It was like coming home to your kitchen and seeing everyone there with a smile. Since I moved out of ATX no other HEB has been the same, don't know no body, they're always new faces, don't really feel the same...I just go in and get what I need and out. Once in awhile I make a trip to go see who ever I can at my old HEB on Burnet Road.
