This was a birthday cake with special requests and literally no one there seemed to care. Instead they questioned that I might have called the wrong HEB. I didn’t. I couldn’t even talk to a a manger about it either because he was busy with another customer. I want to give 1 star so bad but HEB and aside from this, it’s always been good 😞

I’ve shopped here occasionally for several years because it’s the closest and convenient when I’m in a hurry, but after so many bad experiences, I can’t recommend it anymore. On multiple occasions I’ve been sold spoiled products, which makes me think they have refrigeration issues. I also often find products in damaged or water-soaked boxes. I’ve bought spoiled tamales and almost every time I order curbside or delivery, I get completely rotten avocados. My most recent experience was just as bad: I waited more than 30 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping at this store again.
