They were incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating, and efficient while helping me return a large collection of bottles my son has been saving all year long. They handled everything quickly and made the entire process so easy. What may have seemed like a simple bottle return was actually a pretty big deal to us. My son has been patiently saving them for an entire year and was SO excited to finally turn them in. Jamie and Will could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and these two absolutely deserve the recognition. Thank you, Jamie and Will, for going above and beyond and making our experience such a positive one. We truly appreciate you both! What stood out to me about this location is the staff actually cares. I was looking for cherry tru fru but I couldn’t find them for the life of me! I finally decided to ask a worker (shoutout Jakin you’re my favorite HEB worker ever) and looked it up on his phone. He went to where they were supposed to be, and sure enough there they were, just hidden behind some banana ones! Cannot thank you enough HEB and Jakin, I WILL be back!!
