  my go-to spot for grocery shopping — the shelves are always fully stocked, which makes a huge difference. The sushi is also really good! My only complaints are that the butcher section and the wine selection could use some serious improvement. Overall still a solid option, but there’s room to grow.

  This HEB #23, Brodie Lane/William Cannon, is my favorite go-to, most often traveled to destination for everything ever needed grocery related & more store. Sunset Valley is a really nice area with hundreds of businesses. Plus, there's an HEB Pharmacy with 2 Lane Drive-Thru. Team Members are super helpful, friendly, & courteous. While definitely not a mega HEB, I like this store because it's more relaxed, reliable, clean, well stocked, hassle free. Thank You Brodie Lane HEB!!

  This store is incredible! My favorite HEB in Austin for many reason. Beginning with its the ease of parking, relative to other stores (including Walmart, Central Market, and Whole Foods). The fresh fruit is actually fresh! The daily lunches they have ( usually a combination of a very healthy proteins) are very healthy and incredibly delicious. Finally, the customer service is incredible (shout-out to my friend Omar in the yogurt section who checks for Vanilla branded Greek yogurt-delish). This is my go-to spot for groceries.

  The clerk was nice at the self check but I noticed no bags and said to my husband; "wait there's no bags" and that was when the clerk came by and said; "oh I have a bag" - but it was a reusable bag and she placed it over the scanner and said "it's .30, is that okay?" As the register dinged. First of all we should not be made to purchase a bag, second; there is no signage prior to coming into the store that you have to bring your own bags or buy a bag for the matter and third, I had an aerosol spray I didn't want in with my cold items so I had to ASK for a plastic bag at which she had to go get one. Needless to say we were thoroughly disappointed in the HEB company. If this is the way their going to be conducting future business we will NOT be consumers at this establishment any longer.

  I want to express my sincere gratitude for Bertha in the floral department. She is consistently friendly, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely kind, the kind of person who makes every visit brighter. I always look forward to saying hello to her! Bertha’s knowledge of floral design is remarkable. She’s shared so much insight and guidance, always with patience and enthusiasm. My most recent order, six mini table centerpieces and one large arrangement for a memorial dinner, was completed within just 24 hours, and the results were absolutely stunning. The artistry and attention to detail exceeded every expectation, and the price point was amazing. It’s easy to forget that H‑E‑B’s floral department can serve as a full‑service florist, but Bertha proves it every time. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for customers make her an extraordinary representative of H‑E‑B. I’m 110% impressed and deeply thankful for her dedication and the warmth she brings to every interaction. You have one incredible employee, and I truly appreciate her!
