- GGGrace Ganucheau6 days ago2.0I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately the pickup experience was not great and would benefit from improvements. Our order was supposed to be ready at 11am. There were not enough curbside parking spots, so I had to wait in a line of about 10 cars to even get a curbside parking spot. They did not come out with the small order until 11:40am. I likely would’ve been able to go inside and shop faster than that. Walmart pickup is much faster. I hope they get more curbside spots and enough staffing to get orders out in a timely manner.

- RRRoni9Jun 7, 20262.0I have frequently shopped at this place. Most recently, I have considered it for my bi-weekly large grocery shopping sprees. Based on my recent experience, as well as at another time, I find the process here time wasting and can be inconsistent. Some common sense would dictate that someone with a full cart should be helped with bagging. Having to bag almost 95% of my stuff myself while asking me in the middle of it if I want to buy another bag is lacking touch, especially that I've already paid and have 5 bags. Cooked food should be provided with their own bags. It was a mess when I got to the car and home. Never had to worry about this at other chains. To be fair, some other experiences were pretty good, and staff were quicker to help, it is just not consistent.
