So many employees just running around “looking” busy but no one can ever help. When bagger finally arrived cashier was just flirting with them and ultimately only noticed the coupons after I had paid. Disappointing from a store with high standards, this is more about accountability rather than the few bucks I could have saved.

However, we scooted over to the 2701 East 7th, Austin, Texas 78702 location because they always have my Ruta Maya coffee and the SOCO HEB is always out of the dark roast. We got a $3.75 lil lemon cake which they bagger put on the bottom of the bag, and topped the cake with 10 of our Mì Tienda, 33.8 ounce carton Mango y mas juices. The cake was squished, the plastic broken. We returned half way home to grab another. Reyna at customer service is a fabulous asset to your team. Seriously? Epic fail. More training is needed for this bagger, please. Our great cashier was Lizbeth L, 6:09 pm,365426, 252/06/00464, 4/24/3026.
