  People come here to do their shopping, and the employees are always slow and chatting about their day, as if their plan were to go for coffee with friends. No one has told them this is their workplace, that they're serving people who are mostly in a hurry and don't want to listen to their pleasant conversation when there's a huge line behind them. And to top it all off, the employees laugh at you to your face after you've already had enough patience; you're at your wit's end. Seriously, take your job seriously!

  La gente viene aquí hacer sus compras los empleados tienen una forma de ser siempre lentos están platicando de su día a día conversando como su su plan fuera ir a tomar un café con los amigos señores nadie les ha dicho que es su lugar de trabajo que están atendiendo gente que el mayor tiempo tenemos prisa no ganas de escuchar su amena conversación cuando está una fila enorme atrás y el colmo es que los empleados se burlan de ti en tu cara después de que tú ya estás al borde de tu paciencia señores tomen enserio su trabajo

  I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake so that my custom image would be much bigger but they made the photo 1/8 sheet size and left a lot of margin. I would’ve gone with the 1/8 sheet if I knew it would look like this. I came to this HEB specifically because the bakery has done a good job with my custom cake order in the past. I wish HEB bakeries were more consistent on their custom cakes. Not every location does it well and even at the same store, you don’t really know how your cake will turn out.

  Being from Houston this was a very small HEB the items were a bit different as well. Different flavors of drinks and chips and so many dips. Got what we actually needed and left.

  This is my local store and it stocks everything I need. It is a small HEB store but many items have a big selection, such as coffees, beers and wines, cheeses, produce, milks, fresh breads and sushi...etc. Security is responsive, employees I've approached are friendly and happy to help, and check out lines move quickly on a normal day. Self checkout is also fast, even with a long line I will wait less than a minute. The whole store, including restrooms are kept very clean. The effort that goes into the store by everyone is great, thank you
