My kids would get excited about coming to this HEB location if it had a pokemon vending machine. They keep wanting to go to another location instead, but this one is closest to home.

I spoke with a manager Raphael, and they just seem to think that, you know the standard with this H. Eb, the bar set very low and no one needs to be held accountable. So if I were you, I would go to either Walmart. I would go to any Kroger's aldy's. I would go to, you know, even, you know, out of the way stores, you know, anywhere but hv, because, you know, you're spending your money there and you feel like you can be humiliated. And this is what's done. And they just kick the can not even down the road. They kick it within a circle, and this is how it's being dealt with so don't waste your money there. And they have bare disrespectful employees. This is why the store is closing in july. But even still do not solicit, you know, any of these stores, because you're going to be, you know, treated rude. You know, management doesn't care. They're just very nonchalant, they paint the the, you know, the customers as the person that's being overdramatic and that's not it at all, it's just the principle that you can't allow cashiers to say things and not, you know, be held to a higher standard. But then again, this is why they have a two point three rating. So you know, again I will be posting this everywhere and I'll be posting the conversation that I had with the manager as well

Honestly I’m glad this one is shutting down permanently. It’s always out of the things we need. And if you want anything healthy, go elsewhere because this one caters to the greasy fried foods crowd. They will miss this store. If we place an order we are lucky to get half of what we ask for. It’s always out. If we come in, we can’t find it anyway. We normally like the smaller store atmosphere due to crowds at the larger ones but at least those stores carry multiple choices and a lot of each and restock. Good riddance to this branch!
