- EREsmeralda Rivas1 day ago1.0I call to the pharmacy because I have to get a prescription, and the lady who answered the phone she was so rude, am thinking seriously to change to another pharmacy, and this is not the first time that people are rude at this Pharmacy in HEB.
- JJJaySep 23, 20261.0Bought a box of Tamarind today at this HEB, brought it home, and it was full of living insects. Be careful and check the food labels before you buy here, specially most of the food items has bioengineered, Ice cream, seedless watermelon ( GMO) poison and almost all of the fruits, veggies, food, dairy products and the list goes on and on.

My beef shouldn’t be dead brown already it says 9/15 and the other pork chops has another sticker over it . No wonder people are getting sick from food poisoning. I just grab it and didn’t look at it . Well a waste of money. I will look at everything from here on.

POOR, frustrating, bizarre & awkward experience with cashier Abel. No greeting, waited until a line formed to begin scanning my items, took his time to goof off with another associate after completing purchase…groceries just waiting to be bagged & a line of quietly frustrated people. I waited for him to bag… I asked him not to bag my bread and eggs with gallon laundry detergent & water so it doesn’t smash 😐 He continued to drag & take his time, confused & still misplacing items. The line was painfully stalled, so I ended up bagging myself. He didn’t start the next order & just stood at the register while everyone stared at me in confusion. This may seem like a dramatic review but low effort customer service is what makes for a simple experience and the *choice* to spend at HEB. (Re)Train the employees on the basics.
