- JPJoshua Pittman6 days ago4.0This cake was for my six-year-old son's birthday. The associate was very friendly and took the time to write my son’s name on the sheet cake out of the display case. Although friendly, the presentation was lacking tremendously. My son could've done a better job in reference to the writing. To end this review on a positive note, the cake was moist and delicious. Thanks HEB!

She was incredibly kind and welcoming to everyone who came through. You never know how much a simple smile and a positive attitude can impact someone’s day. Her kindness truly stood out and made my morning better. Thank you, H-E-B, for hiring amazing employees like her. She is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service.
- TRTodd RossJul 30, 20261.0The fresh bread here is garbage. I have been buying whole chickens with a French loaf for years and this location consistently has a hard outer shell barely cooked inside. Today after I saw none fresh was there grabbed an old loaf that seemed normal without a hard outer crust. Then the large black lady came out yelling fresh bread I asked her specifically if the outside was hard cus it has been and not supposed to be like that she replied with its fresh and warm in the middle so I gave it a shot. She is the very one ducking up the bread every day acting like its normal and like us customers don't know how to make bread and that she absolutely did not proof it enough upon other things but her ego is huge. All of the bread made in house has a hard crust not normal. I have been buying these loaves with the whole rotisserie chicken for over 13 years and this is the only place the bread is garbage. And she said it herself... it's soft inside lmao That is not bread I'm done coming here
