- KEKristi English3 days ago1.0Routinely takes 20+ min for a curbside order to be brought out, called to ask a manager about it and after asking a few questions he suggested I show another HeB location.
- DDDanteMay 6, 20261.0One star. The employees at this location have the restock times for the Pokemon card vending machines memorized and will come stand in front of them way before new product drops so no one else can use them. Then they buy everything out. This happens on a regular basis. But if a customer stands near the machine for two minutes just trying to make a purchase, they get told to stop loitering by the workers. The employees doing this aren’t even supposed to be buying from those machines in the first place especially when they are on shift. Management is clearly turning a blind eye and it’s really frustrating as a customer. This needs to be addressed.

- RBRae BuckelewApr 13, 20261.0I don't know which is worse, their in-store music, or reaching their pharmacy department. Today after 20 minutes, I got to place my request. The person blamed it on their new phone system....but the last time I called for Rx they didn't answer then and that was >a year ago. I first called the automated system. The AI that took my order said my Rx would be available in THREE DAYS! That's not good. The store itself is great...the pharmacy may need more employees???
