Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Demasiada bulla, no puedes comer bien en ese ambiente por ende los camareros mas lents por el lugar concurrido. No recuerdo q este lugar era así antes, ahora nada de paz, solo debes gritar para q tu compañero al frente te escuche, deberían tener un límite de personas y no poner los clientes tan cerca para sacar mas dinero del negocio, ha cambiado demasiado este lugar que en un tiempo llegó a ser uno d elis favoritos, no me quedan ganas de ir de nuevo y si te gusta ambiente tranquilo, mejor no vayas

They have a great menu with different options that will satisfy different tastes. I had a really nice business lunch here, the service was great along with the food.

Really enjoyed the Spanish cuisine here—rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. The paella and tapas were especially memorable. Will definitely come back.
