Best Mexican cuisine we had in a while. Service was outstanding as we had dietary needs and Cassandra went above and beyond with her service for our group. Ambiance is great and we didn’t wait long during late lunch time. We ordered based on server’s recommendations and everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered the veggie enchiladas, veggie chile rellano plate (one of the best rellanos we had) and both were really good. Ordered the Enchiladas with a spicy green sauce and it was great. We also ordered chicken taquitos, tortilla soup and quesadillas and they were all great. Good vegetarian options as they have a separate menu. Guava margarita and that passion fruit drink was great as well. Highly recommend this place for good Mexican food if you are in Austin.

Ordered enchiladas by phone during lunch time and was given the dinner portion with dinner pricing rather than their affordable, appropriately portioned lunch enchiladas. When I inquired about why it is so expensive, the host said I didn't specify whether I wanted to order from the lunch or dinner menu. The host never asked on the phone what portion I wanted, but if I am ordering for noon, common sense would point toward the lunch portion. The food was also barely warm when I picked it up.

Waited 75 minutes for food and for the waiters to attend us yet every time we went over they kept saying in 20 minutes we would get a table. Ridiculous. It was awful service and they did not care that it was one of our birthdays. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I went to eat today with my husband and our 3-year-old daughter. After a pretty exhausting morning, we drove 45 minutes to The Domain just because we wanted a great meal. My plate and my daughter's were perfect. My husband's steak didn't come out cooked to the degree he ordered; he didn't eat the steak, though he did eat the sides, and he just mentioned it to the waitress for informational purposes. She was extremely kind and insisted on remaking the dish, but we declined due to time constraints. Shortly after, Alejandra, the supervisor, came over to apologize very warmly and insisted on having the kitchen make the dish fresh again for us to take home, on top of not charging us for it. That gesture of apologizing for such a small oversight and Alejandra's attentive care reminded us exactly why we love visiting so much and even choose this place to celebrate our important occasions. Thank you for your service! We will keep coming back.

Gloria’s is a fantastic place with great food and truly outstanding service. We’ve been there many times, and the food and service have always been consistently great. We recently hosted a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, and the entire evening could not have gone any better. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to bring in our own decorations and birthday cake at no additional charge. It’s a perfect place for a large group, and they made everything easy from start to finish. A special thank you to Edgar, who did an awesome job taking care of us. Our waters were always full, the chips, salsa, and bean dip never ran out, and every request was handled quickly. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and everyone had a great time. Thank you to Edgar and the entire Gloria’s team for helping make my wife’s birthday such a memorable night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back.
