- PPPegFeb 12, 20232.0We decided last minute on a Friday night to have dinner downtown Austin’ Well, we all know if you don’t have reservations, on Friday night it’s pretty tough to get a table. So we called a few places and Flemings steakhouse was available so we decided to go well atmosphere was pretty drinks were delicious. My husband had the salmon kids had cheeseburger and chicken and I had the steak. Well, first I asked if the steak would come on a hot sizzling plate. And he said absolutely that’s how it comes. Well, the plate was not hot. It was a very dry steak I requested for extra garlic butter as it was a very plain steak. I needed this steak have some flavor so I requested some salt pepper and some extra garlic butter, and perhaps maybe a grilled pepper something to have some taste .. the chicken tenders had a funky, taste . they’ve got some kind batter that was thick and sticky on the chicken… $200 dinner disappointing….
