  My car was booted in less than 5m. I have a disability and parked to go to insomnia cookies first. Then to Einsteins for a sandwich. The parking attendant recorded me (crying) without my consent and refused to delete the video even after I paid him. I will never ever eat at Einsteins again if you do not make this right and I like your food. I am a student and that $100 fee after only 5m means I won’t eat this week because I am on a low income. I am ashamed of this location for utilizing private practice predatory towing practices.

  This was my first time getting something for myself at Einstein Bros and they did not disappoint. From when I walked in to walked out, one of the workers, KT, was very welcoming and helpful — taking the time to show and tell me about different options. I appreciate his service as well as the efficiency in getting my order out, and the hot honey lox was a 10/10! Highly recommend!

  I am a regular customer. KT and Enelda and all the amazing staff run a really tight business. Their efficiency while being friendly is what keeps me coming back (an addiction to their poppy seed bagels also helps!). If you want good food, good service and a good atmosphere, then Guadalupe Einsteins is for you.

  If you live or hang out in the West Bank aka "Hook'em Village", you know there are two places to go in the morning to drink coffee, study and do homework...Starbucks and Einstein. You guys know the drill. You go to Starbucks for a while, the employees get to know you, you become a regular and then after a few months they start to gossip about you in front of other customers behind your back. Einstein isn't like that. These employees come to work bright and early every morning and DO THEIR JOB! Their espresso machine works just as good, not to mention FASTER, than Starbucks! With the volume of Business they handle, it's AMAZING how fast your food and drinks come out. Service is ALWAYS with a smile! When you get there, you're greeted by their two service Superstars, Ciana and Cella. These two are THE BEST in the business. They handle every situation the store might encounter with TOP FLIGHT professionalism. So, if you're like me, and the first three things you need in the morning are coffee, food and internet, do what I did. Skip the drama at Starbucks and go across the street to pay Ciana and Cella a visit at Einstein. They will leave you thinking that their training material was prepared by Elvis Presley. They are just as good (if not BETTER) than Starbucks. They just do their job with a "Little Less Conversation."

  I love this place. As a UT student, I come here often after class to grab a quick breakfast when I can’t return home. The workers are super friendly and the general manager is awesome.
