I wish I remembered his name, but whoever the shift lead was, he provided the best customer service. We had a long night the night before and he was so patient with us as we took forever figuring out what we wanted to order. The atmosphere is perfect for your morning or brunch. Food stop. Go get a bagel and some coffee!

We walked in to place an order and patiently waited for 15 minutes watching people cycle through the drive thru and come in to pickup mobile orders. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting we asked for an update only to be told they hadn’t even started on our order. In what world does it make sense to prioritize everything but the customer standing in front of you??? We will never go back again.
