    Walk up window for ordering. Simple drinks menu. No real savory vegetarian options. Drink was fine. Fruity sweet lemonade.

    I was really disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros. The woman at the window who took my order came across as very rude and impatient. I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order, and while I was deciding, she made a hand gesture toward me as if telling me to hurry up. When I went to order a second drink, I was trying to understand the difference between the drinks because I’m not familiar with the entire menu. While I was asking about them, she said “queen” in a way that came across as condescending, almost like she was making fun of me for not knowing the menu. I understand that employees can be busy, but there’s no reason for a customer to feel rushed or belittled for simply taking a moment to decide what they want.

    The wait is extremely long all the time by the time you get the drink you order it's taste less because of the extreme wait time frustration, and they have the courage to add a tip still. I waited 20min and they still didn't have a drink a drink ready. The worse 20min wasted of my time ever if the owner has any shame how would you feel for someone to waste 20min of your time on a Saturday. On top of that when I requested a refund the cashier didn't even know how to issue one. Lol all information is public on who operates this slow moving unprofessional wanna be business.
