- CBChristopher BrooksMay 7, 20261.0Terrible drive through line service. They have two lanes for drive through, which is intended to speed up the traffic and get people through the line quicker. Today there is a huge line in 1 lane but nothing in the second lane. I go into the second lane (as intended by the company), and expect the employee to alternate between the lanes to assist both of us. After waiting for several minutes I’m curious, is the car next to me ordering the entire menu? I look around and turns out the employee was walking down the entire single lane and completely ignoring the secondary lane. I gave a quick courtesy honk, and asked what’s going on and she looked at me then continued down the lane taking care of people that pulled in after I arrived. Not only this, the food is not even worth it. Same cost as Starbucks basically for like half the size. So you’re paying the same amount for much less food. #DoBetter

- DLDavid LMay 3, 20261.0All the different Dutchbros that I have gone to never give me any issues. This specific location on the other hand constantly makes the drinks wrong. Don’t even bother asking for something to be extra sweet because it feels like they make it less sweet on purpose. Furthermore, the drinks finish in one sip because of how much ice they put in them. Take the extra couple minutes driving to go to another location because this one is horrible.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
