    When they aren’t busy, they do a fantastic job. I’d say that the drinks aren’t always consistent, some baristas make a drink very different than another, but it is a bunch of younger people working there so I don’t blame them. Service is quick, does get very busy as it’s the only one really in the area. I’m not sure if this is a policy from the company but for drive thru order ahead, it seems counterintuitive to tell the person your name, and then still wait 10 minutes in line just to get to the window and get your drink, why not just bring it out as most of the time it’s already ready before you get to the window (they take it out from the fridge). That’s just a question I’ve always had.

    I was in a very long line and the lady skipped my order when I asked I wanted to see the menu she made no effort and helping me order but when I come to the window Samuel he decides to give me the entirety of my order free and insisted absolutely wonderful guy

    Love this dutch!!! Vibes were so good when I pulled up! I honestly had no idea what I wanted to order, but the blonde girl working the drive-thru was so friendly and patient. She helped me figure out what I wanted and made the whole process super easy. She was genuinely so sweet and helpful the entire time even gave us free straw stoppers! I will definitely be back!!

    The staff is great, the drinks are great…the wait time in the drive through? Well, let’s just say if the lines are full, expect to wait at least 30+ mins to drive off with your drink. Theres also not enough parking for those that want to walk up to get their drink. Recently it’s been kinda hard to take a “quick trip” for coffee at this location

    Dutch Bros was an absolute vibe. I went in without really knowing what I wanted, so instead of trying to figure out the menu, I basically told them, “Make me whatever you want—just make it good.” 😂 And they absolutely understood the assignment. I have no idea what they decided to make me, but it was GREAT. Honestly, sometimes those end up being the best drinks because you’re not overthinking it—you just let the people who make these all day do their thing. What made it even better was the staff. Everyone was so upbeat, friendly, and fun to interact with. It didn’t feel like they were just trying to rush through another order. They matched the energy, had fun with my request, and made the whole experience memorable. There are plenty of places where you can get coffee, but the people are what make a location somewhere you actually want to come back to. This Dutch Bros crew was genuinely a vibe. 10/10. No notes. I’ll probably just keep ordering “whatever you want, just make it good” from now on because apparently they know what I want better than I do.
