It makes my heart warm and fuzzy when they give me a pink straw to match my truck!!! I completely adore each and every employee here! I wish I would’ve been informed by the Guy who was taking my order normally I tip but $17 for two drinks is crazy. When I heard the total for my order, I thought he added an additional drink. It doesn’t make sense to me that you guys are charging additional two dollars for using LESS Of a product.. If you guys are doing something different, let your customers know because this activity is sketchy.

- RRRawanne RAmJun 12, 20264.0I got 2 drinks from dutch bros, the white mocha and the dulce de leche drink. didn’t like either of them so we went back and asked to change the drinks and were met with the sweetest girl bree (hopefully that’s the correct spelling) she was super sweet and understanding and recommended us drinks to switch to since it was our first time. we got the blue raz coconut and lime energy drink and the golden eagle as a replacement! this made our overall experience a lot better. Thanks to her we walked away with drinks we were satisfied with:)

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
