The crew at closing time is much nicer and they make your drinks and food with care the first time around. Ro always has a smile on his face and genuinely enjoys talking with us. Michelle and Abi are also very nice and always tear me well when i stop by !👍 On the other hand mornings is usually a mess my sandwich was not hot at all ( Picture included) and depending on who’s at the window or counter it could go pretty bad. But closing crew makes up for it !

Upon arriving I asked Sharonte if she could warm my donuts I was then told No we don’t do that with an eye roll…. Then I was told they didn’t have French cruelers in which I ordered 3 then I was told do you want another one and I said yes choose another one and then was told I couldn’t have that one because the price (in which I would have paid) but I asked for a refund on the donuts and Sharonte proceeded to say F*** rolled her eye sighed as if it was a issue then I asked for the missing drink that was for my son and when I leave and my son drinks his drink it is straight expresso so strong and nasty and he is 12 that was wrong of them to do. I will never revisit this place and no one else should either If you care about customer experience I will continue to go to Dallas Dunkin!!! I would give a -5 If I could! And I waited for over 30mins
