Nice coffee and donut shop. I'm from the Northeast, so I'll always favor Dunkin' over Starbucks. The coffee here is great, and the donuts are fresh and flavorful. The eating area is clean and well-maintained (altho the bathrooms could use more attention). The staff is pleasant, altho clearly geared to servicing the drive-thru (which they keep moving along smartly). If you go in and order at the counter, you may be a clear second priority, but the quality of the good ol' Dunkin' coffee keeps me coming back.

The customer service wasn't great. I feel I was being rushed. The communication is low. Have to repeat myself couple of times. I have to ask the associate to repeat himself a couple of times. The employees need to be more patient, more kind and more understanding during the rush.
My my order was wrong. I asked for a small drink. I got a large still got charge for it. When I brung my concern up to the employee she was not helpful at all. The manager on duty wasn't helpful at all also. Didn't try to fix it at all. All they say. Oops my bad. Have a nice day. That's not right. Please retrain your employees on hospitality. The customer's always right.
You have to show kindness and respect while working in the food industry. It's hospitality. Plain simple.

What is wrong with today’s generation and the poor customer service? This is my first time back into the store since the last time. It was due to poor customer service. When somebody walks into your business, you wanna make sure your employees know greet them tell them thank you. You always wanna leave a lasting impression. It’s the customers that keep your business going. If you’re rude or your employees are rude and there’s poor customer service people are not gonna want to come back. That’s why businesses go downhill due to poor customer service. I walked in here at least five people up in the front. No one greeted nobody that walked through that door. Then we stood there for about 10 minutes until somebody actually noticed us. So it was me and other people standing there waiting to be helped because everybody was busy. As a business owner, I would be embarrassed if this was my business. Train your employees better people.
