- TOTanya OsbornJul 1, 20261.0I had an eye emergency and ended up not being able to see well enough to cook, so I ordered from this Domino’s even though their pizzas aren’t as good as other Domino’s (this location apparently doesn’t use garlic salt on their crust even though it’s the default crust seasoning and what sets Domino’s apart from the others, but this is the Domino’s that the website connects me to for orders). I placed my order at 6:25pm, and specified I wanted face-to-face delivery. Strike 1: The tracker wasn’t working. After 40 minutes it was still showing that the pizza was being made. I kept checking and finally at 7:20pm saw that it had been delivered – 22 minutes ago. I opened my front door and there it was, sitting in the 95 degree sun with flies on the box. AND it was the wrong pizza (sausage & jalapeno, yuck, so even if it hadn’t been sitting in unsafe conditions I still wouldn’t have eaten it). I called the store at 7:23 and at least the guy I spoke to was polite and apologetic, and he said they’d send out a new pizza in 20 minutes. I called the store at 8:08 after still no pizza, and some very young girl answered, and again at least she was polite and apologetic. She didn’t see a record of the pizza, which may have been explained by the fact that it was a redo. So she assumed since it wasn’t in the store that it was in route to me. I called back 20 minutes later after still no pizza. My tone wasn’t happy, but I don’t yell or name call in situations like this, I just state the facts. The girl broke in to tears and put me on hold. She came back and told me that the manager said I had to bring the receipt TO THE STORE if I wanted a refund. That’s when I asked to be connected to the manager. After another 5 minutes she came back and literally told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. I took a picture of the wrong pizza with my receipt on it (which lists the toppings I was supposed to have) and emailed corporate asking for a refund. If the manager doesn’t have the cojones to do his job and handle legitimate problems, let this store suffer low profits. I’ll add that for 9 years I used the Domino’s on Cypress Creek Rd in Cedar Park with zero problems and always delicious pizzas.

They ended up canceling my order because of their laziness. Terrible service. Bro is speedrunning the slowest delivery world record, no cap. Low-key waiting for this food lasted longer than my marriage of 20 years. I ordered fast food, but I guess the "fast" was completely silent and food lost the "ood". NEVER GO TO THIS DOMINOS.

I called them around 9:00pm to ask about it and we were told the driver got lost but it was on its way. Called again around 9:45, but the place responded and left me on hold for 8 minutes, so I just hung up. Called again after this; 9:58pm, and asked for a refund or a compensation AND my pizzas! He said no and that they cancelled the order right after I asked for our pizzas finally. Turns out they gave our order to our neighbor and by the time we found it was covered in ants. Lousy workers and whoever we called was disrespectful as heck. I’m starving now and pissed off at the lazy, trash work from these people. DOMINOS YOU SUCK

Ask for a refund and they did not offer making our order again for free after making us wait that long. Not to mention that we called three times only to finally find out it was at the neighbors doorstep. Anyway bad rating for the food bc its probably cold and nasty from waiting for who knows how long on someones doorstep.
