Extremely disappointing and unnecessary experience. My mother was a paying Domino’s customer at the property and had a paid carryout order. There was an honest mistake with the order being placed at the wrong Domino’s location, so she went inside to address the issue and correct the order to this location. During this process, she briefly stepped away to take a phone call. When she returned, Central Parking Enforcement had already booted the vehicle and classified it as “NON-CUSTOMER” and “LEFT PROPERTY.” She showed the operator proof of the Domino’s order and explained exactly what had happened, but the vehicle was still booted and she was charged $100. I understand that private parking lots have rules and that enforcement companies have a job to do. What is incredibly disappointing is the apparent lack of judgment or discretion when dealing with an actual customer who was actively trying to resolve an order issue. This did not feel like reasonable enforcement. It felt unnecessarily punitive. I am requesting that Central Parking Enforcement investigate this incident, identify the operator involved named Anthony O, review the authorization and documentation for the boot, and explain why an active Domino’s customer was classified as a “NON-CUSTOMER.” Management should seriously review how this operator handled this situation.

Mariana from this location was incredibly helpful to me! She was patient, fulfilled a very large order in a timely manner, and made my nonprofit tax-exemption feel so simple. Thanks Mariana!!

The guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. My order was marked completed and I never received my pizzas despite waiting a hour in the middle of the night. Do NOT order delivery from this location, they will mess it up.

Went in to get a drink from dominos and came out with a boot on my car less than 2 minutes later. The person saw I had a dominos receipt and came out of dominos and still made me pay $100 and tried to tell me I should be lucky they didn’t tow my car even though I was a paying customer.

Asked the cashier if it was okay to step off the property for a few minutes. Was told it was fine after I bought food and paid for it. Came back under ten minutes later to a boot and a $100 charge from Central Parking Enforcement. The boot operator told me he went inside and asked the cashier, and that she confirmed it. One employee gives you permission, another green lights the boot. Check the other reviews. This keeps happening to people who are actually ordering here. Park somewhere else.
