    Absolutely some of the best pizza we have had since visiting NYC. It was flavorful and the crust was perfectly crispy! The service was excellent and the location was great while visiting Austin! We will be back when we visit again.

    Incredible pizza. We tried 4 different ones and they all were absolutely delicious. Top notch service. Better than most restaurants I have visited. Cute little restaurant. I am from NY/NJ and this pizza shop is a place I will return to.

    What an amazing find! I was visiting from Chicago and wanted a decent Neapolitan pizza. Decided to try DeSano downtown and it did not disappoint! The Bianca (with mushrooms added) rivals any wood fire truffle pizza I’ve had anywhere. Incredible crust plus fast service, reasonable prices, and fun staff who really know their pies. Had it two nights in a row, it was that good! Thank you, DeSano, for a memorable pizza experience.

    Went in just to try it as we were walking around downtown. I was surprised about how great the prices were and the service was not only fast, but the employees were incredibly friendly! The food was to die for! And they make their own garlic butter in house! They accidentally made two and gave us the second one to go for free! 100% will be going back <3 (pic is a 6 slice margarita pizza)

    We split the Italian Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza, which had pepperoni, cheese, and their house-made Calabrian hot honey. Overall, the flavor was pretty good. The hot honey was a little sweeter than I personally prefer, and I probably would’ve liked it better without it, but I knew that was what we were ordering and my friend wanted to try it, so that’s more of a personal preference than a knock on the pizza. My biggest issue was the crust. I know this is Neapolitan-style pizza and it’s supposed to be very thin and soft, but ours was extremely floppy—almost wet or soggy in the middle. You basically couldn’t pick up a slice without it completely falling over. I’m fine with thin-crust pizza, but I definitely prefer it to have at least a little structure or crispness to it. The taste itself was good, but the texture of the pizza kept me from really loving it. I’d probably try something without the hot honey if I came back, but this style of crust just may not be for me.
