  Great pizza and great customer service! Such a great addition to our Circle C neighborhood, now we eat here every week. The prices may seem high, but they are not because the pizzas’ sizes and the quality of the ingredients. You cannot compare it to Dominos next door.

  Authentic Italian pizza, everything is amazing about this place. Service is top notch. Kid friendly including toddlers and babies.

  Not the biggest fan of Neapolitan style pizza ie charred dusty burnt edges with a thin floppy wet center but the ingredients were so fresh, balanced and delicious! The edges were chewy but crunchy in just the right way. The center was floppy and somewhat wet but it tasted so good it worked for me. Desano is a bit pricey, my only criticism. My 9” lunch pie should’ve been around $12 but was $15.99. With tax and a 10% (counter service) tip that’s just under $20 for a personal pizza no beverage etc.

  Uninspiring and bland Pizza. The dough is very chewy and not in a good way. It reminds me of homemade Pizza when you don’t have a good enough oven. The toppings aren’t great either. Don’t expect intense flavors when coming to this place. The vibe is pretty bad, reminds you of a school cafeteria, especially with the amount of families involved and the fact that you have to sit at a table for 16.

  Wanted to shout out Zach A’s kind service. I had been struggling since Friday to place a simple online order for one takeout pizza. Could not get the chow now site to work for checkout after multiple attempts. Called the restaurant and was told phone orders not allowed. Gave up and tried again today, same issue with online ordering. Finally decided my last attempt would be to stop by and place the order in person. Lucked out and there was no line or wait around 5:15. Zach greeted me right away at the counter and asked if I had any questions. I reluctantly explained the situation and challenges I had been facing, he was very nice to listen and express sympathy. He offered to put my order in immediately with a five minute completion time, but I said I would come back by after running a quick errand. He explained the pizza would be waiting at the re-order/pickup counter and be on a warmer. When I stopped back in, it was ready as promised and Zach had an extra pizza made for my inconvenience. He did not have to do that, but it showed thoughtfulness and concern for the customer service experience. Also, it seemed like he was the manager so it made his front-line responsiveness and hands-on service all the more impressive. Thank you, Zach! Tim
