  Peyton, Justin, and Carson are hands down the best bartenders and staff! We always look forward to seeing them behind the bar or out on the floor because we know we'll be well taken care of. They consistently provide outstanding service and make every visit enjoyable.

  Peyton and Justin are hands down the best bartenders around! They always take amazing care of me, my husband, and my sister. They know exactly what we want without us even having to ask, and their service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. Carson has also been fantastic serving us over the years, and we're so excited to see him move into management. We truly believe he'll do an amazing job leading such a great team, especially with bartenders like Justin and Peyton by his side. We always look forward to coming back because of the outstanding service they provide!

  I just moved here from Arizona, didnt get service at Bw 3s.. nobody talked to me at pluckers..as i was leaving i past Dave and Busters. Walked in and immediately javier and caleb acknowledged me. Took care of me and told me about Austin. Great experience. Great food. The second time in there there was a great girl named peyton she explained the menu specials and was just great bartender and great ambassador.

  I hosted my family reunion in Austin & my family & I eat dinner here on a Friday night on Father's Day weekend & the food was great, & my family had a great time & great overall experience! We had over 20 people in our group & they were very accommodating to us all & sat us in our own little area so we all can sit together.

  I am almost certain my tip was changed after I left because the staff member let me know they couldn't print my receipt. This was by far the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. There wasn't a host, the bartender took our initial drink order at our table then ignored us. Our waitress apologized that they were understaffed which is completely understandable. However, I witnessed her dropped my drink off at another table and when she dropped ours off mine was missing. 10 minutes later I watch her grab the drink off of their table, take it behind the bar, re-ice it, and served it to me. I let it slide because I did not want to wait another 20 minutes for a drink. Then, after our food comes she completely ignored us. My partner and son went to play games and I waited at the table for 30 minutes for the server to come back. I kept looking and I would see my waitress at the beverage station just standing there on her phone. During the 30 minutes the tall male manager in a light blue shirt comes and yells "How is everything?!". I said I would like a different drink, a box, and my check. He comes back with the box and my drink and refused to make eye contact. I had to ask another lady bussing tables if she could grab my check for me. Finally my waitress comes back, and she said she really needed a drink like I had ordered. I saw the total with a 20% tip and I changed the tip to 11%. I was honestly being generous leaving anything. I checked my bank account today and the total looks like I left the 20% tip not 11%. I would like a copy of my receipt.
