  The food has definitely improved from our last visit, the staff all seem well trained and the service we received was excellent. Caleb and his cousin crushed it at the bar, and Lorenzo, thank you again! Even the security team here were kind. My birthday was awesome thanks to all of you!

  We were a group of 12 people and went to celebrate my husband's 61st birthday.The service provided by the store manager was exceptional and he was incredibly attentive the whole time; unfortunately, the service from the waiter wasn't very good, but my husband had a fantastic birthday—all the guests liked the food and really enjoyed the games a lot. It was a great day!

  I had a pretty disappointing experience today. I was dropping off my 17 y/o brother and his girlfriend, and they’ve been on dates at this Dave & Buster’s several times before without any issues. This time they were turned away because they were told they had to be 18. I went to the front to see if I could sign them in, but I was told I had to be 25. What confused me was that no one really explained the policy or why the age requirement applied. I wasn’t sure if they meant you had to be 25 just to accompany minors, to sign a waiver, or something else entirely. Instead of taking a moment to explain, I was simply told “no,” followed by a slight sense of disinterest, which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. If the policy has changed, that’s completely understandable but taking an extra minute to explain it respectfully would have made a huge difference. I have no issue with businesses enforcing their rules. I just wish the customer service had been more informative.

  Awesome tonight, I can say this place is kind of like the oasis go for the view and the drinks not the food. It’s a very limited menu. The atmosphere is loud but for Gen X find your way to the back to a virtual ride. This is an experience I’ve never experienced. That was the highlight of my night.

  We absolutely love this Dave & Busters! Thank you Nick for providing such fantastic service. Everyone we encountered in the restaurant area was super friendly and Nick treated us as if we were family. Nick warmly welcomed some out of town relatives who were with us and was a pleasure to converse with. Thank you Nick for providing such awesome service! We can’t wait to come back! Do yourself a favor and play ALL the games, it’s a true blast! Cruisin’ is too much fun! Also, the food was delicious and came out super fast!
