  I had not been to Dave and Busters for many years. On a whim we went this weekend and I wish I could turn back tome and go literally anywhere else. The food was not bad but the service.was atrocious. I actually started to feel bad for the server because it seemed like he was going through it. He seemed like he was either high or had been awake for days. Neither way I should mot have to tell you my super easy order of chicken tenders more than once. Then when it came to paying his computer would not work so he takes the card and brings back a receipt to sign. He unwads it from his pocket and drops it on the table with no pen. I could go on and in but legit service was garbage. Games were still fun though.

  The BEST D&B I’ve ever been to! The service is fast and accurate. The games are in great condition, and if anything goes wrong, there’s always someone available to help. My family and I love coming to this location, and we try to stop by any Wednesday we can for half priced games, so we’ll see y’all soon!

  It was a really neat experience. I would suggest allowing the option to choose where we want to sit because I'm a big girl and I prefer high rise table or a table not a booth. We spent a lot of time waiting for them to find our table they were asking for last name and mine is hyphenated but the table plaquard had my first name and one last name.

  This location is a little challenging to get to, but it's located in a shopping center that is mostly empty. So that means you have plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The gaming area is set farther back in this one, so you'll have to walk past the dining areas and bar to get to the gaming floor. There's plenty of room to relax and enjoy the games. And the food is very good. If you're planning to eat and play, make sure to take advantage of the eat and play combos, which allow you to buy a game card and food for a special price. It's worth it!

  Tried calling this location four times before bringing my family for our very first visit, but nobody ever answered the phone. When we finally arrived, we were told they were hosting an event and couldn't accommodate us. If a business is going to restrict access for an event, they need to at least answer their freaking phones so families don't waste a trip. We had to leave and end up going to Main Event, our usual go-to spot where we always have a great time. Safe to say we'll never try Dave & Buster's again.
