It's a nice Dairy Queen. I think the owner's name is Mayfield, and he owns several around here. They're always clean, fast service. Also They're app is nice, get good deals and rewards often.

I ordered a Peanut Parfait that came out to $6.80, and I was incorrectly charged for extra peanuts and extra whipped cream when I never asked for extras. The employee, Jazlynn, asked if I wanted peanuts and whipped cream in general, which already comes with the parfait, then added extra charges without explaining that. That is completely unacceptable and misleading. What made the experience worse was the customer service. I said “thank you” three separate times during the interaction and was ignored every single time. The only response I received was “enjoy” after handing me the order. Basic manners and professionalism cost nothing. This entire experience felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and poorly handled. I would like the general manager and owner of this location to contact me regarding this situation.

just went through an extremely traumatizing experience at Domino’s with rude workers, terrible service, terrible food, ants everywhere. I don’t even wanna talk about it. Dairy Queen clutched up for me in a low point in my life they brought me back to the light they gave me food to fill me and not only did it fill me with food, but it filled me with the good oods! This place is amazing and I can’t wait for my next trip back to eat some chicken tenders, fries, gravy, and milkshakes!

Service was so good they were so nice. Just experienced an awful experience at dominos and DQ reminded me of what good customer service is. THANK YOU.
