  I tried to place an online order for curbside pick up. I entered the make and model of my vehicle and it wouldn't let me submit my order and kept saying to enter the make & model. So I decided to choose drive thru instead. My order confirmation says ready at 749 pm. I arrived in the drive thru (one of those that traps you with curbs so you can't just pull out) around 740. It is now 815 and there are still 4-5 cars in front of me. Very dissatisfied with this ridiculous drive thru wait time. Would have been different if I could have done curbside or even pulled out of the drive thru and just gone inside instead

  Not sure what happened with this location but I will NOT be ordering again! The last few times I have ordered I've noticed and decline in the quality. The vegetable's on the burger's has been horrible! The lettuce and tomatoes are horrible - the stuff they are using should be thrown out!! Last burger had a WHOLE lettuce core in it! Gross - very bad prep!!! The manager needs to step and address this issue!! Bad management means bad food and bad service! Perhaps the owner needs a wake up call!

  I’m extremely upset about the experience my family had tonight. On several occasions the staff has not been very friendly and always seems quick to rush our order without offering suggestions or help. However, tonight crossed a line. We came in simply to look at birthday cakes for my child. While we were looking, my child touched the candles that were on display and was immediately scolded by an employee in a very harsh way. Instead of kindly addressing the situation or speaking to me as the parent, the employee chose to reprimand my child directly, which was unnecessary and upsetting. I understand that store displays shouldn’t be touched, and I would have gladly corrected my child if it had been brought to my attention respectfully. But the way it was handled felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Customers—especially families with children—should be treated with patience and respect. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.
