We placed a large order for pick up on Friday night and our order was correct, all accounted for and delicious. I appreciate an establishment, especially a restaurant that takes the time to check off every item on the order, ensure it makes it in the bag and is well packaged. This was our first time experiencing Cousin Louies and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The food was high quality and quantity, fresh and flavorful, and it included fresh bread. Additionally, the staff personal we encountered was very friendly and professional. Lastly, on a side note, my family is Italian, and we were not disappointed. For reference, this is what we ordered: Lasagna Eggplant Parmesan Truffle Agnolotti Meatballs Marinara Sunday Salad Tony C’s Caesar Tiramisu Chocolate Cake Cheesecake Perfect experience.

I believe there has been a change in BOH. My sea bass was under and gooey. Our appetizer was overfried to point of burnt crust, but that can happen in 10 seconds of not watching. The flavors are almost there but new sauces are over salted and new fish is being figured out. I love this place but am thinking management is off site and raking in what they can despite quality coming out. Its almost there but not to the dollar point of putting it out for public. Staff are awesome. Kitchen is trying but needs tightening up but I am very grateful this place is in my hood.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The service didn’t feel very accommodating or respectful when it came to dietary preferences, and some of the responses came across as dismissive rather than helpful. The food itself was also underwhelming- the chicken piccata was overly sour and the pizza wasn’t cooked properly or made well. When we mentioned it, the response wasn’t very constructive. Just hoping for a more welcoming and attentive experience in the future.

I've been to Cousin Louie's twice and loved it the first time but last night's visit was a ten star experience. We had a bottle of one of the Super Tuscan's and eggplant parmesan. The wine was delicious, the eggplant parm was literally perfect. The bread (made in house) to start was sooo good. Randall was our server and he made our night with his attentiveness and his jokes. Seriously couldn't have asked for better service from Randall and the entire staff. If I could give it ten stars, I would! Highly recommend checking out this local gem!

Great service and good flavors. We got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer which were huge and tasted amazing, but came out lukewarm and the cheese was almost hard. The muscles in the white wine sauce were absolutely amazing and were cooked to perfection and not rubbery at all. The gnocchi à la vodka was absolutely amazing, but definitely needed more salt. The Cacio E Pepe was extremely underwhelming. Not only does it not come with a meat for that ridiculous price but there was literally no sauce on the noodles at all. Pretty much just A little bit of butter and Parmesan Thrown on some homemade noodles. The homemade noodles were not anything to write home about either. Kind of disappointed in this experience.
