Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. It’s the first time I’ve had a bad experience with service in the ATX area, and definitely not what I expected.

Hubby had the meatball sammie. The bread was so soggy it could not eat like a sammie. Someone, possibly manager, came and asked how it was. We told him about the very soggy bread, he agreed and walked away. Very disappointing for an $18 sandwich!
