  We booked Ciclo for lunch right after our courthouse wedding, and they truly made the day feel so special! 🤍 When we arrived, we were seated right away. After looking at the menu, we realized that a few of the dishes we had seen online and were excited to try were only available during weekday lunch. We were a little disappointed, but the staff went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Our server was incredibly sweet and brought us champagne to celebrate. Then the chef personally came out and surprised us with waffle entrées for each of us, followed by dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! Our server even took us outside afterward and took photos of us to help us remember the day. We left feeling so taken care of and genuinely impressed by the hospitality. Of course we made sure to leave a good tip, and we’ll absolutely be coming back to try dinner or weekday lunch next time. Thank you, Ciclo, for making our courthouse wedding day even more memorable! 🤍

  The presentation of the food was very lovely and our server, a white man whose name I forget, was very friendly and so was the manager. However, the quality of the food isn’t really deserving of the price for example I got an overcooked steak for $73 and so I think there’s a point where food quality can be very good and then it plateaus and then you’re just paying for the “ambience.” Mind you cockroaches were flying on us when we were sitting outdoors, which I know is not the restaurants fault, it just takes away from the unbelievably overpriced ambience that you were supposed to be paying for. The noise level inside was also ridiculously loud we couldn’t even hear each other speak- thus the moving outdoors. The popovers that were the house special were dry and not very good and the portions were very small and none of the entrees included any sides. Everything could’ve used more flavor. It felt very bland. Maybe serving to some people’s bland taste but if I’m paying as much as we paid here, the flavor should be off the charts. Overall, the place was OK definitely not worth the cost.

  I ate my food so fast I forgot to take a photo! This place is incredible. Yunhee provided us with the best service and amazing suggestions. And I’ll add a photo because the atmosphere is so dreamy it speaks for itself! Cannot wait to come back!

  Dennis was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my wife’s food allergies. We highly recommend this restaurant and attentive staff!
