Went to car, checked my bag and was missing chips. Ugh. Went back in waited a minute or so before saying excuse me to one of the staff members and said chips were missing. She said "okay". Handed me chips and said nothing else. I waited 5ish seconds and then said to her, "so no I'm sorry or apology for inconvenience?" She just looked at me so I turned around and left disappointed and mad that this is the way customer service is when they miss something or mess up. What did I do wrong to get that sort of bad response? Ugh. I hate that this is the closet Chipotle to me (Johnson City) because Chipotle is my favorite place to eat and this is not the first time the customer service has been rude/bad at this location...this is just the first time I have finally left a review. From some of the other reviews I just looked up, I am not surprised and from the looks of it nothing is being done about it or ever will be sadly. Also, skimpy on the chicken pieces and shredded cheese in the bowl!!!!!!!
- BHBrittany HoopesJun 22, 20261.0If you live in the area, you know there are not a ton of fast casual options (they get repetitive real quick if you eat out a lot), so I was so excited when this Chipotle came in. But this location is ABYSMAL. I kid you not, yesterday they served my burrito bowl IN THE LID of a normal bowl, becasue they ran out of bowls! Diabolical behavior. 😂 The bowl was literally just a thin single layer of rice (like if you were making a sushi roll or something) and they charged us the same price as usual. As other reviewers have mentioned, every single time we come here, they are out of something. Whoever orders the food/materials (the manager?) needs more training and/or estimating/projection skills. I just couldn't get over that anyone in their right mind would think it was remotely okay to sell a burrito bowl in the lid, which is like 1/4th the normal amount for the same (ever increasing) price. That was the final straw for my husband I, we most definitely will not be returning. Which is really saying something, because - like I said - there are very few options around here.
