- RMRichard MartinezSep 2, 20261.0I’m sick and tired of the inconsistency of this place. It’s a disgrace to the franchise and a bad representation of a staple most enjoy. Please fire neck tats at this place. Buddy gave me attitude, small portions, and couldn’t roll a burrito. He completely ruined my burrito and wrapped it twice in tinfoil to pretend like it didn’t happen. Then he decided to make a snarky comment about how “it’s a big burrito.” Please train your staff on how to wrap a burrito before you put them on the line. I barely got any toppings, and it was a pathetic show watching him ruin my burrito. To add to it, he made my total $51 twice, even after I corrected him. Thankfully, he eventually fixed it, but wow, what a horrible experience. I’m pissed I paid for this. Management, please do better.
- BDBella DickensonAug 16, 20261.0Rude workers. Overcharged me and added things onto my receipt and brushed me off when I tried telling them. Also mid food. With the random extra charges a burrito bowl was $18 make it make sense.
- JGJ GarzaAug 16, 20264.0Everything was good except the white rice was slightly undercooked.
- JSJoe StroudAug 1, 20265.0Outstanding experience! One of the best burritos I’ve had in the last 5 years! Very high quality filtered H20 💦, and their top manager there is one of the most professional guys in the business. What are you waiting on?!? Head on down if you haven’t been to this prime location yet! ☀️☀️☀️🌯🌯🌯🤠🤠🤠
