- NMNico McCain5 days ago1.0I’m a regular customer and eat at Chipotle 2–3 times a day. Overall I usually love the food and service, and I rarely have issues except occasionally during certain night shifts. Today I came in and ordered what I normally get with double chicken. The employee told me, ‘Nah bro, we don’t have chicken, you’ll have to wait 10–15 minutes.’ Since I previously worked at Chipotle, I know there is usually chicken on the DML/online make line, so I politely asked if he could check there. He immediately said there wasn’t any without even looking. Because of that, I left the line and placed an online order for chicken while still inside the restaurant. Somehow, my online order was accepted and chicken was suddenly available right after I was told there was none. That experience honestly felt disrespectful and dishonest. I’ve supported Chipotle consistently for a long time, so this was really disappointing. I’m not upset about waiting for fresh chicken — I’m upset because it felt like the employee just didn’t want to serve me properly.

Large orders are always left completely unlabeled, forcing customers to open container after container just to find their food—like some kind of ridiculous scavenger hunt. This is basic, standard practice everywhere else, yet somehow missed here. On top of that, orders are almost never ready at the promised pickup time, making the entire process unreliable and frustrating. We’re regulars, but the mobile pickup experience here is consistently a disaster. Management needs to fix this—it's not complicated. 3.6 stars on Google? That's being generous.

They’re definitely not following food safety rules. If it was one of us then sure … BUT ALL 4 OF US? Nah this place is disgusting im never eating chipotle ever again thanks to this location
