  I have been regular costumer at this chitpole for the past 6 months, I'm not one to write bad reviews but my last couple of visits have been horrible. The costumer service has changed big time, lack of greetings entering the building, lack of eye contacts, and staff is talking and laughing in front of customers about non work related stuff which I found to be vey rude and disrespectful.

  This is probably the worst experience i’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. All of the tables were dirty and sticky with food. When i ordered the person at the register was so rude and was giving me looks, they didn’t even give me utensils to eat my food. I asked to talk to the manager and she looked so unprofessional/unpresentable. Her hair was down with no hairnet which is a big food health issue because nobody wants hair in their food. Do better with your management and team workers. never going to this location again

  Never coming back here again. Nobody welcomes the customers when they enter, immediately noticed a strange smell when I was walking in, almost all the tables we’re dirty and had food stains, napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor, and when I was ordering the lady was being so rude. She had an attitude when I asked for double chicken. Find new workers, heck even a new manager for letting this happen! Don’t go here people. Save your money.

  I’ve noticed a major decline in this location since the new manager took over. The store does not seem to be managed or maintained nearly as well as it was before. The dining area and overall restaurant have repeatedly looked dirty and poorly maintained during my visits, to the point where I’ve had concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. The change in management has been very noticeable, and unfortunately, not in a positive way. The new manager’s leadership and the condition of the store have made the overall experience much worse. I really hope upper management takes these concerns seriously and looks into what is happening at this location, because the standards have clearly declined.

  Usually don’t write reviews but Girl working at cash register had the worst attitude, and wasn’t even trying to put the order together correctly. She was forgetting cups and chips which happens no worries but then acting as if it was a burden when I asked for them. Not to mention food was not seasoned at all, it’s like the chips caught all of the salt in the building and everything else just use your imagination for taste lol. Maybe they were having a bad day, everyone has them but cmon guys don’t ruin my beloved chipotle.
