But it is at 1616 E Oltorf St #100, Austin, TX 78741, United States that a very rude woman works. She was serving another customer, when he was choosing what to take, she switched to me. Her expression was as if she was looking down on us and that we should choose and leave quickly. When I asked for a little more greens, she poured out half of the preparations that were there, like pigs in a barn. She turned away all the time and had to be called several times. The food is tasty, but with such an attitude, it is better to go to an institution where the food is not so useful but the attitude is better.

An employee named Christy was extremely rude, using a disrespectful tone and literally rolling her eyes at me. While another employee was helping me, she actually came over and told them to give me less chicken. To top it off, they were out of white rice on the front line, and she refused to let me have some from the to-go station, saying they couldn't do that even though they've done it before. This isn’t the first time, either. This location is close to me, so I come here every day, and every single time Christy helps me, the visit is ruined. She is extremely unprofessional and honestly needs to be fired. It’s a shame because the store itself is very clean, and another worker named Laura is an amazing, helpful employee. She’s great, but Christy completely ruins the experience every time.

As soon as I walked up she asked what I wanted and all I said is “Could I get one burrito please?” and she immediately rolls her eyes at me and starts huffing and puffing as if I just requested the most difficult thing in the world. It was so odd. I will never come to this chipotle again. This was 3:57pm on April 26. It says my hosts name was Destiny.
