  A ton of chipotles will give me trouble usually over changing out the lettuce or the employees washing their hands and changing their glove before my order because I have celiac disease, but this one did an amazing job. The female employee changed out her gloves and washed her hands with no complaint, changed out the lettuce and fully took over my order down the entire line to make sure I was safe. They did a great job.

  I usually avoid coming to this Chipotle because of past experiences, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I should have gone to Cabo Bob’s instead. When I arrived, another employee walked into the restaurant at the same time as me. He went to the restroom to start his shift while I waited in line. Five minutes passed. Then 10. Then 15. Then 20. During that entire time, not a single employee acknowledged me or offered to help, despite there being five employees standing together near the online order station and another employee behind the main line cooking rice. Every one of them avoided eye contact and acted as if I wasn’t there. The only person who finally helped me was the employee who had just arrived for his shift. By then, I had been waiting around 30 minutes just to place my order. At that point, I had completely lost my appetite—not because of the food, but because of how I was treated. After I got my meal, I actually went back to my car, got my wallet, and gave the employee who helped me a $50 tip simply because he showed basic kindness. The service at this location is, without question is the worst. The only bright spot was the employee who stepped in and helped me. He deserves recognition because he was the only one who treated me like a customer instead of pretending I wasn’t there.

  I visited this location around today. Overall, the food was fine, but I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the employees serving on the line. I couldn’t remember the name of the pinto beans and was pointing to the container while trying to identify them. The employee responded in what felt like an aggressive manner, saying, “Man, we don’t serve white beans here.” I understand that employees can be busy during rush periods, but the tone and approach came across as unnecessarily confrontational. A little patience and customer service would have made the interaction much more pleasant. I hope management can remind staff to treat customers respectfully, especially when they are simply asking questions about menu items.
