  I came in with a gluten allergy and soon as I mentioned it a gentleman named Henry came up from the back and put into place their procedure for people with gluten allergies. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge Henry had and his ability to teach those around him about the procedure as it seems they weren’t familiar with it. I am very thankful for Henry and how he handled everything!

  I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of Chipotle. I especially dislike this location because it’s always packed with college students who love their burrito bowls. Even when I order ahead, they always seem to be busy, and it still takes a while for my order to be prepared. My usual order is a steak burrito, and while they’re usually pretty good, this one was especially great. Props to the worker who made my burrito because there was SO much steak in it. The steak was also delicious this time. Usually, I find it a little chewy and overcooked, but this time it was cooked perfectly. I actually finished the entire burrito, which is rare for me since I usually only eat half. That being said, I still prefer Cabo Bob’s and honestly can’t understand how people prefer Chipotle. Even when the lines are similar, Cabo Bob’s seems to move faster, tastes better, and costs less. This was definitely one of my better Chipotle experiences, but I’d still choose Cabo Bob’s any day.

  I don’t normally leave low-star reviews, so bare with me. Even though the food here is always fresh and flavorful, the employees somehow always seem to put as little food as they can into bowls/burritos, even when there’s no line. It’s very rare that you’ll get a normal sized portion here. I do understand that this location is right by the university and so I imagine they want to make the food last as long as possible. If you’re hungry, don’t go here! 😭 Otherwise, the employees are sweet and the restaurant is generally very clean.

  The person who was doing the last round of sauces/toppings on my bowl ended up being so uneven. She used about 3 fingers to give me about 10 strands of lettuce, that and the lid on my bowl wasn’t closed at all and I didn’t realize until it leaked through my bag. And yes if you were wondering, it got to everything else in the bag too. The food is always fire so absolutely no complaints about that.

  The barbacoa meat was really good, but I think the portions are a little bit small for what is usually served in Chipotle. The service was good.
