  CORPORATE IS THE PROBLEM. The last few times Ive been to Chipotle Ive noticed it has seriously lost the quality it had. The steak is globs of fat and cartilage. Absolutely disgusting. Sacrificing food quality will be your demise chipotle. Never coming back to ANY Chipotle.

  Very disappointed in the steak bowl that I received here! The steak was chewy and red in the center. I was really disappointed because I use my free nurse week deal. Also, the atmosphere was pretty dirty. There was like I’m on the table with the napkins over the floor.. probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to.

  Visited: Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 1:17 PM When I got to the chicken, the woman at the counter gave me a noticeably small portion. I pointed it out and she responded that more would be extra — in a completely snarky, dismissive tone. I let it go and continued down the line, opting for the veggie option and loading up on everything else to make up for it. I ended up trying to get a little more chicken which she ended up reiterating it would be extra, which at this point I was reluctant to deal with. At checkout, I asked the cashier for the General Manager's card. Before the cashier could even respond, the same woman (clearly the shift lead) swooped over and — in that same condescending tone — started explaining to the cashier why I was asking, saying it was "because she wouldn't give me more chicken." I calmly said I just wanted the card. She then pointed me to the front of the register, which only had gift cards on display. She sent another employee to retrieve one, who then handed me the Certified Training Manager's card instead. As she walked away, she said "We are only doing our job" in a nasty tone. Chipotle's own CEO has publicly stated that employees should be serving big, beautiful bowls. What I received was mediocre at best, and the attitude that came with it was completely unacceptable. James Simmons needs to seriously reconsider his staffing decisions at this location if this is how customers are going to be treated. I don't write reviews but this one made me have to actually do it. I'll be following up with corporate. Update May 28, 2026: After posting this, I emailed Chipotle corporate and received a three-sentence template from Customer Care Coordinator Carl that completely ignored the employee’s behavior and only addressed the upsell policy — ironically contradicting their own CEO, who has publicly said employees should be serving big, beautiful bowls. I replied specifically to address the staff conduct. Never heard back. Chipotle’s customer care process exists to close tickets, not resolve them.

  I hadn’t been to Chipotle Mexican Grill in a while, and honestly this visit was a little disappointing. The food was good, but the portions were much smaller than I remember, especially for the price now. It felt like they were really measuring out every ingredient. The chips also tasted old/stale. Hoping they improve because Chipotle used to feel like a much better value.

  Que mal servicio con las órdenes de doordhas llegamos los corredores cuando nos lanzan las órdenes y la persona que despacha las órdenes to go nos pone a esperar de 10 a 15 minutos cuando debería estar lista la orden por eso tiene una estación aparte para despachar aparte nosotros los corredores ganamos entre más rápido sea el servicio , deben organizar mejor el personal o contratar gente más joven o más ágil
