- MWMaria Wright3 days ago1.0Worst service at the Lakeline location today. The young lady at the cashier was arguing with me when she rang my order too early and left out my daughter’s meal. The manager was zero help and did not try to speak with us after she spoke to the cashier. Sounds like customer service and management training is very much needed at this location.

I stopped by on September 7th, and I had a really pleasant experience. The entire crew was friendly and welcoming. I don’t remember the name of the person who prepared my food, but I remember the cashier, Logan, because his name was on my receipt. Everyone was working well together, and the service was great. My bowl was delicious, the portions were good, the restaurant was clean, and everything was fresh. I even took some food home, and it was just as good. 😊 I especially want to give a shout-out to this crew because they were doing a great job. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly working well together. Please keep up the great work! This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location.

My friend who was directly behind me in line got double the portion of rice that I received. Please train your employees to be consistent no matter what. I’ve never been so displeased with one of my bowls.

Most recent experience, the server had a very smug look, gave me old, pink lettuce and didn’t even finish with my bowl before working on another’s. She poorly wrapped my husband’s burrito, leaving some exposed and didn’t even offer to provide another foil. While the cashier touched it with no gloves… I really wish this location would improve their customer service.
