  Avoid it - seriously skimping on portions. I got a bowl exactly half the size of what I get from other locations.

  Food was made to standard. But I stood at the counter for two minutes while every person on shift stared at me and ignored me. The girl who I am assuming was the manager(she was holding a clipboard) walked by and looked at me twice and ignored me. They stood around talking about their personal life and giving me looks. Like I was interrupting them. Once someone finally came up to me, she gave me attitude and just said “what’s your order” As someone who works and manages in a customer service/fast food job this is awful. At my work place we’d at least say “I’ll be right with you” just to show the customer we weren’t ignoring them. I don’t mind waiting if yall are busy. But It’s not that hard to say a few words to another human being. They need to be retrained on customer service badly.

  When trying to pick up a mobile order, the staff rip the bag in half. But then remake it so thats fine. After remaking it they hand it out to a door dasher and only catch him as he is about to leave the store. Genuinely very disappointed in how unprofessional the entire situation was.

  The good is amazing and the staff who puts the food together is quick but lacks a welcoming presents. The boys in the picture have been chatting non stop and the left seems like he can't be bothered and you can tell he doesn't enjoy his job. As the saying goes if you have time to lean then you have time to clean. The entire time I've spent here they could be helping with cleaning instead of chatting which I'm sure they're not paid to chat consistently. A lady in the back which I'm sure is doing the mobile orders came out and started cleaning instead. Which I've also observed that she and the cook are the only ones who are constantly working and definitely earning there pay check and then some but the front staff definitely needs closer attention by the management.
