  Place opens late, and doesn’t serve chicken till an hour after they open. This place is like a lottery except you lose most of the time. One of the worst chipotle’s I’ve spent money on.

  If you're going to keep raising your prices... I expect the portion size and quality to be worth it. Spending $12 for a bowl when I can get a larger, fresher meal next door at chilis for the same price.

  I’ve been to this Chipotle location about a dozen times, and truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve been disappointed more times than not when eating here. The overall cleanliness of this location, from the dining area to the food assembly line, always appears to not be well kept. I’ve been trying to order crunchy tacos my last few visits but consistently get told they are out of hard shell tacos. There’s always something that’s missing or “off” each time I come here. My biggest complaint is the lack of portions I receive almost every time I come here. I’ve been to many Chipotles over the past decade and my portions here are consistently less than average. I have had multiple burritos that have so much tortilla space left, and these are all double meat burritos with plenty of toppings. The employees overall are friendly but the overall experience here is average at best. I debated about writing this review but last night’s subpar burrito size was my point.

  Horrible Food and Service I stopped in with my two daughters and ordered two kids quesadillas and a chicken burrito. While I was paying, I happened to look over and saw the employee wearing the purple headband trying to fix my burrito by wrapping it inside another large tortilla because it had fallen apart. I immediately told the cashier who by the way, provided excellent customer service and was very friendly, that I didn't want a double tortilla burrito. I had only ordered a basic chicken burrito with one serving of protein, beans, rice, cheese, and lettuce, and I wasn't willing to accept for what was essentially just extra tortilla. I asked for a refund on the burrito instead. The cashier politely relayed my request, but the employee with the purple headband responded with a rude facial expression. She rewrapped the burrito yet again. By the time I received it, the ingredients were a complete mess. The queso was pooled at the bottom, the chicken was buried in the middle, and everything else was mixed together. It also seemed like she used a cold tortilla, which made the burrito even worse. I do want to make it clear that the cashier with the purple and blue hair was wonderful. She was polite, professional, and had great customer service. My complaint is about the Hispanic employee wearing the purple headband, not the cashier. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this was my first and last visit to Chipotle. I was the individual with the orange UT cap and two little daughters around 7:00 P.M.- 7:30 P.M.

  I placed an order online for almost $40, and THIS was my result. I left time stamps in photos to show when it was delivered & when i opened my meal. This is absolutely ridiculous! Why is it, that i have to physically be ordering in the store to make sure they do it right?? I should be able to trust that what i ordered and PAY FOR should come out at the right amount. I also ordered double steak and the order I received was definitely not that. It looks like they just placed a bunch of guacamole on top to cover up because there was hardly any rice underneath as well. I am so disappointed in this order. I even went online prior to placing this order and calculated my calorie/protein intake on their chipotle nutrition calculator. But what good is that when i cant even rely on getting what i ordered!? This was the worst online order i’ve ever received from here. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
