Typical of chipotle recently, but I guess what can you expect, a lot of ingredients out and a lot of hot items cold when you want them

Chipotle South Park Meadows is hands down my favorite lunch spot during the work week. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Kayla, the General Manager. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She remembers my name, remembers my order, and always greets me with a positive attitude that makes me feel valued as a customer. That level of personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about her leadership and dedication.
The staff is clearly well-trained, professional, and kind, which reflects the culture Kayla has created. Every visit is a great experience, and that’s why I continue to choose Chipotle South Park Meadows as my go-to lunch spot.

Usually love going to chipotle, but today went into my neighborhood chipotle, ended up walking out frustrated, no food in hand.
Walked in, expecting to be able to place my order in store, today, unfortunately, they were only doing online orders. I went ahead and started placing my order through the app, my order ended up changing due to the fact that I HAD to order through the app, making my order more expensive. I wanted to use my free chips reward , especially now that my order was more than expected today. I go to place my order, and the rewards was saying “requirements not met”, even though the requirements stated were “minimum purchase of $5”. My order online was over $17… I went up to an employee to ask for help, they said they couldn’t help me. I went ahead and asked for the free bag of chips with my order, since I met the minimum requirements, and he still said no….
I let him know, I was pretty frustrated with everything that has happened since walking in through the door, and that I’d have to take my business elsewhere today. He let me leave with no resolution or care for this, so I went to Cabo bobs down the street, and spent HALF of what I was going to spend at chipotle and got a burrito, guacamole,, queso, chips, and a LARGE drink.

Food is fine, but the ordering is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen. You cannot order at the counter like a normal person would. They require you to either download the app or go online and order. When you do that the earliest they have available is like 20 minutes from when you order. As I sat and waited I swear 5 people walked in and all left because they couldn’t order at the counter. Seems like a great way to lose money! I understand we are in a digital world now but come on this is crazy
