  The Service from one of the workers up front is horrible. Shes is skinny ( Not body shaming just trying to describe best of what i see) her name is Jocelyn i believe from my receipt and on the lighter side. She has gotten my order wrong multiple times from her moving too fast and not hearing what i am saying to her. I have let it happen too many times and now i am leaving this review to inform her management that she needs to be trained better. If she cannot hear me just ask me to speak louder instead of assuming that you hear what i want and then ruining my bowl. Everyone else in there will ask you again on what you have said but her. She just puts in the bowl what she thinks you said and then apologizes but when you want it remade she gives an attitude. This has honestly made me not want to return to this establishment and hopefully it gets better.

  I don’t got much to say besides make sure to check your order before paying. I order chicken & they gave me pollo asado (NO it’s not the same) +$1 I was deciding on a drink but nvm

  Surprised to find out that it's good! First time ever there, today, yes Sept 2026. Their promotion for free quesadilla obviously worked: I'll be back, now a customer of yours! The quesadilla was crazy good. I've eaten approximately 10,000 TexMex meals (yes ten thousand). And these are among the best quesadillas ever!! They use authentic traditional cheese, and the tortilla is grilled. It was packed with cheese and meat, utterly delicious. Truly. But their sides were also really great! I'm stunned, and sorry i haven't been coming here prior to today. Now their app? Well... they have some bugs to work out. After a little bit of trouble I was able to get it to work. The staff was extra helpful and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be coming back here!

  Absolutely unacceptable service. I come to this location all the time, but after my experience today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I walked in and ordered three cups of chicken, three sides of tomato salsa, and the lime sauce. The young lady taking care of me acted like she did not want to be there at all. She was constantly rolling her eyes and kept cutting me off asking, "What else? What else do you want?" with a completely dismissive and unprofessional attitude. When I asked a male employee for her name so I could report her, he just looked at her and called over another employee who said she was the team lead. The lead offered a half-hearted apology, but the whole group—including the lead—treated the situation like a giant joke and just laughed it off. There was zero accountability. If employees don't want to work, they shouldn't show up. Being mocked and treated like a burden as a regular customer is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Management severely needs to address the staff's attitude and lack of professionalism.

  I came to chipotle after a long day of work at 10:15pm I stood there for about 5mins before I was even greeted and mind you there was only one person ahead of me and he was checking out. There was a girl warming tortillas just looking at me and I’m looking at her. It seems as if she was making her own food to go and not bother to actually acknowledge me. Then another girl comes around her to finally take my order, there was hardly any food to make a full bowl with. She was actually scrapping the bottom … I barely got anything. I got to check out and a Hispanic male with shoulder length hair checked me out. I asked I have to pay full price when I barely got any product .. he states to me “well you came at the end of the day” I looked at him and said the business is not closed and does not close until 11pm which when I came in to order was more then enough time. That was very rude!! He looked at me and walked off .. I said I will be leaving a review and he didn’t care. You spend your money at establishment that handle you like that !! I won’t come back here again !
