The chips were also very stale. The restaurant was very messy. I blame management for this type of service.

Get to my turn and ask for a burrito. Have tortillas but no foil so they can’t make a burrito, a common problem I run into at my house and also have to cancel making burritos for. Glad I stepped out of the hospital mid shift for this experience, thanks guys.
