The employee who helped me, I believe his name was Michael (or Mike), was a younger man with blonde or dirty blonde hair. As soon as I mentioned I was placing a group order, he rolled his eyes at me. That was very unprofessional and immediately made me feel unwelcome. I explained that my order included bowls, quesadillas, and tacos, but before I could finish, he interrupted me and said quesadillas could only be ordered through the app. He told me to place that portion of the order online instead. I was already inside the restaurant, and there wasn’t a single customer behind me, so I didn’t understand why he couldn’t help me complete the order in person. I went ahead and ordered the bowls and tacos, but the portion sizes were extremely disappointing. Several of the bowls were barely half full, especially considering they cost around $13 each. I even had to ask for rice on the side because there was so little in the bowls. Between the poor customer service and the skimpy portions, this was a very disappointing experience. I expect better from Chipotle. I hope this location provides additional customer service training, as rolling your eyes at a customer and being dismissive is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

- RRRyanJul 23, 20262.0This was our first visit to Chipotle, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We had heard great things, but the employee who helped us was unhelpful and unfriendly. As first-time customers with a few questions, we expected a welcoming experience, but instead felt like we were a burden. Customer service matters. As a shareholder, I can’t stand behind a company that allows this kind of experience, so I’ve decided to sell my Chipotle shares. Very disappointing.
