  I got here at 9:30pm and they were already cleaning the grill, they weren’t cooking anymore blasting Mexican music, and there’s was a massive line. It was horrible!

  10/5 stars for Mike! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually leave reviews, but Mike absolutely deserves one! Great customer service can be so hard to come by these days, and he genuinely stands out. Every single time I come in, he has the BEST attitude—always positive, welcoming, helpful!. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and in making sure customers have a great experience. Employees like Mike are the reason people come back. Chipotle, y’all have a GREAT one! 👏🏼🌯⭐️

  usually every time I come here the managers are rude so I tried to avoid this location. A couple days ago I came in with a friend and I believe Cynthia is who helped us out, she was very fast paced and did an amazing job at making my bowl she truly put the best portions and was nice the whole time we were talking i loveeee employees who can multitask and have the best conversations while preparing our food. I wish I could know what days Cynthia works so i can go only when she’s there lol

  Came in today had a wonderful experience. I believe the little gal‘s name was Cynthia. She was very helpful, courteous patient with me when conducting and helping me with my order first I’m to chipotle and I will definitely be back because of the service and I’m not sure if the shift leader manager on duty, but they kept rolling their eyes at me. i’m not sure if that’s a good way to conduct contact specially eye contact with customers. I hope that there was just something in the air or maybe I had a booger in my nose, but thank you to the wonderful young lady that helped me this afternoon.   I come here often, and the service is usually good. I’ve never had any issues redeeming my rewards until my visit on August 3, 2026, at approximately 6:52 p.m. When I scanned my reward, it didn’t go through the first time, so the cashier, Makayla, told me to scan it again. I apologized because I didn’t realize it hadn’t registered, but instead of being understanding, she responded with a rude, sarcastic tone, saying that customers need to let the staff know when they’re using a reward because they can’t see our phones. My reward already had its own QR code, so the interaction felt unnecessary and dismissive. Her attitude came across as smart and sassy, which made for an unpleasant experience. Customer service is just as important as good food, and I hope management addresses how employees communicate with customers.
