  All five of my stars are for Emsley. She was doing it all. Running the line, cashier, and when the men's room was down and my son had to go, she said we could use the women's room. Another employee told us we had to go find another store that he could use the bathroom at.

  Place is going downhill FAST. Used to be one of the best chipotles in the area, I would go about twice a month. Recently noticed a significant downgrade in overall management and that there are some shady folks being hired... The lack of training for these individuals who seem to be literally straight out of prison is alarming. Today I had to basically teach the guy how to give me a proper serving of food and not make it look like slop he threw in the bowl, saw him serve up the people in front of me…they had the worst looking bowls and smallest portions in the 10+ years I’ve been a customer. All very awkward weird interaction with him trying to over-socialize rather than move the line and do his job. I saw 4-5 people walk out because we were waiting in line and saw how he was handling the service ahead of them, clearly didn’t wanna deal with him. At the cashier they told me they were out of chips I saw some on the shelf behind and had to ask them to double check, they then reluctantly grabbed them for me. Got home and the food was completely unseasoned, that was a first for this location. If you are headed south AVOID THIS LOCATION, the south lamar location still seems to be way more consistent. Experience was so bad today I won’t be returning. Clear that everyone needs better training at this location, makes me question food safety and overall quality of the food they are making if the service and hiring is this bad.

  This chipotle is seriously lacking in not only customer service but also time management. To see more people working and focusing on Togo orders over prioritizing the LINE of people out the door is absurd. When I came there were 4 people infront of me, I STOOD IN LINE FOR 10 MINS BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO WHERE I COULD ORDER. The manager acknowledged absolutely nobody, they had one person working the line and register, and one person in the back just cleaning and not even glancing our direction. I will not be returning again, it’s so frustrating to go into an establishment that completely lacks common sense.

  Came in on multiple occasions and had the exact same experience. ONE employee was working the line AND register while there is a line of customers out the door. There are at least 5 other employees working in other areas watching the people pile up. Ended up waiting over 10 minutes before i even got to order.

  This is honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s super inconsistent. The people working there act like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. They will let you stand there for 10 mins before asking if you need help. I watched 7 customers get free queso bc they were “out of chicken” at 9pm on 9/16.They just didn’t feel like cooking anymore. I wish Chipotle would open another one closer to me.
