  I placed a mobile pick up order and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. One of my bowls had the wrong rice, no veggies like i asked, and my quesadilla was hard. I payed for extra protein for 2 bowls and did not receive extra protein. There was also a lot of sauce spilled on top of the bowl and it seemed like the container wasn’t properly secured or the sauce had spilled during preparation. Chipotle is too expensive to treat customers food in this manner. Overall, the order was disappointing and not the quality I usually expect from chipotle.

  Payed 15 dollars for a bowl and extra for guacamole only to receive a piece of rubber avocado in my bowl. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the meal.

  I was hesitant to go in because there were so many people walking in. I thought it would be a long wait, but they moved the line quite quickly. There wasn't a lot of indoor seating. It seemed like most people took their orders to go. I will say, across the board., Chipotle has the most uncomfortable seating of any of the fast food places.

  My wife and I came in for lunch specifically because she wanted to try the new chili lime chips. Instead, I left frustrated by the way she was treated. While making our burritos, the employee repeatedly looked and acted annoyed whenever my wife asked for an ingredient to be added. She wasn’t asking for anything unusual—just choosing toppings that were right in front of her. The irritated expressions and attitude after simple requests made her feel like she was inconveniencing the employee just by ordering her food. My wife was polite the entire time, and watching that happen right in front of me was unacceptable. At the register, we found out the chili lime chips were only available through online orders. We were then hurried to pay and move along even though there was literally no one waiting behind us. To top it off, they sell soda in glass bottles but didn’t have a bottle opener available. I can understand an online-only promotion. I can even laugh at selling bottled soda with no way to open it. What I can’t excuse is poor customer service directed at my wife when she did absolutely nothing to deserve it. She shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable just for asking for toppings on a burrito she’s paying for. I would give 0 stars if possible.

  My husband and I came in for lunch today, specifically because we wanted to try the new chili lime chips, and unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. From the moment we started ordering, the employee making our burritos seemed visibly annoyed that we were even there. Every time either of us asked for something to be added to our burritos, it felt like we were inconveniencing her. It made the whole ordering process uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Then, when we got to the register, we were told the chili lime chips—the main reason we chose Chipotle for lunch—were only available for online orders. That was frustrating enough, but then we felt rushed to pay and move along even though there was literally no one waiting behind us. I understand that employees have bad days and that promotions may have certain restrictions, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like a burden just for ordering their food. We came in expecting a quick, enjoyable lunch and left feeling like they couldn't wait to get us out the door. The taest of the food was disappointing as well. We have been to other locations where the food was great. This location also sells sodas in glass bottles, but doesn't have a bottle opener. Just a really disappointing experience from start to finish.
