- BDBrian DolanSep 17, 20261.0Chipotle needs to take security and safety more seriously at this location. These two individuals who clearly needed serious help wandered the store yelling and harassing everybody in the store. The team did nothing. UPDATE - Upon following the instruction of the reply to reach out to contact us - attached is the generic, thoughtless, careless response I received. What a complete and total farce. I suppose this is acceptable to Chipotle.
- WIWayne IsbellSep 9, 20261.07 PM and just two people on the restaurant. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY CLUE. I ordered a burrito bowl. Chicken was old and tough. Skimpy on the rice. Very little lettuce was out. I asked for lettuce three times. Tiny sprinkles three times. The bowl of food barely measured to the rim. This location is horrible.
- NRNick RojasSep 9, 20261.0My experience was horrible. A customer dropped a drink while 2 employees were just sitting there on the rake. Instead of helping the customer another 5 minutes pass by and no one did anything standing there around, I was gonna apply for a job, but I noticed that if they don't care about the customers, I wonder how they feel about employees. There could have been a slip in fall.I told the manager she act like she didn't know how to respond.I just want them to know that if anyone would have stepped by and fell , that would have been a lawsuit
