It looks like they put 2 on delivery / to go orders and it’s 1 guy holding down the whole in person line leading to like 20 min waits. Whoever is the staffing person is just kind of disrespectful and it’s been such a repeat problem I’ve had to call it out. Again no shade to the actual people working the line I get it, directed at the supervisors really

I have to drive all the way back up to your store, just for the Manager to tell me how they ran out of rice so they just decided that my food didnt need any. Absolutely garbage service. Cant even read directions or WAIT 5 minutes to put rice in the bowl before sending it out. Obviously this store likes to take advantage of its lack of accountability and oversight.

All I wanted was a refund, which I never received, and NO, I am not going back. I have ordered to-go from this location several times a month for years, generally with good results. This last time I picked up to go, all and I mean every single piece of chicken in my salad was only chunks of fat or bone and completely inedible. I tried calling the restaurant directly, but corporate doesn't allow that, so it goes straight to voicemail. I contacted the online customer service, and although they said they would get back to me quickly, they did not, and I had to write yet again. Once they finally contacted me, the very best they could do was offer a buy-one-get-one-free. All I wanted was my money back - but nope, that is not an option. So now, instead of returning my $10, they have lost a customer who has spent thousands there—terrible customer service.
