- RCRyan J CangasAug 24, 20261.0Today, I visited a Chipotle restaurant and had a very concerning experience. The restaurant appeared to be in poor sanitary condition. The floors, tables, and even the kitchen area looked dirty and poorly maintained. While my food was being prepared, I saw an employee come from the restroom area carrying a trash bag, then immediately return to handle my food without washing their hands. Witnessing this raised serious concerns about food safety and proper hygiene practices. I was so disgusted and uncomfortable that, even after paying for my meal, I threw it away without eating it because I no longer felt it was safe. I hope this incident is thoroughly investigated, and that appropriate corrective actions are taken to ensure food safety standards are consistently followed and to prevent this from happening to other customers.
