- PPPretty PSD3 days ago1.0Easily one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had last night. I ordered 2 kids’ cheese quesadillas with 2 extras, a simple request that every other Chipotle I’ve visited has handled without an issue. The manager was extremely rude and the customer service was unacceptable. There was only one employee working while the line was huge, and it appeared to be their first day. Poor management, poor service, and a frustrating experience overall. Skip this location altogether.
- RGR GSep 24, 20262.0Boil the rice properly guys, its been 3 times the rice is half cooked it cannot be too difficult to check if the rice is cooked or not, my tummy is hurting now. Chipotle needs to have a process update, because I have seen it in other locations too.

Both kids cheese quesadillas didn't have much cheese and wasn't fully melted and the lime cilantro rice was crunchy. The chicken bowl same rice was crunchy, had a mix of beef and chicken and everything was cold. The burrito everything was cold and had no flavor.

I appreciated Kade taking his time when building my order and being attentive to my specifications. While my steak was a bit fatty, my overall experience was great due to Kade service.
