You need new management, I’ve lived right around the corner for 7yrs, as much as I try, they just kinda suck, every once in a blue moon you’ll get a fresh meal. Do not tell me you’re “sorry and thankful for my feedback, see website etc”. You genuinely need to help this location bc it’s the most awful thing I’ve seen in a long time.

We ordered two honey chicken bowls, only to find that the steak pieces were in the chicken instead of being separate. This was not only unhygienic but also quite unpleasant. I’ve never consumed steak, but I had to force myself to eat it because of this terrible experience. I never imagined that Chipotle, my go-to place for food, could provide me with such a disappointing meal. I now have to think twice before visiting again.

It's like they were using eating spoons instead of serving spoons to serve the food. I couldn't taste the rice or the beans because it was so little. It was like a hint of rice and beans. I think it's crazy that the food is expensive when it's not even enough to fill you up and it's a fast food joint for Pete's sake. Never coming back here again.
- DDdaviddf3Jun 5, 20262.0This is what happens when you ask for white rice and chicken and the containers behind the counter are empty and they are too lazy to get new/full ones so they scrap out every last piece of rice stuck to the side of the container and then pretend like it’s a normal portion and still charge you full price. Terrible. I’m sure a kids portion contains way more
