Marissa or whoever I don’t know she goes out of her way to hide her name tag; I can see why if she’s this bent on being horrible. Not only did she catch an attitude when I asked for extra sauce(I forgot earlier, it happens) but she even takes out her frustrations on her own employees. Is this what represents chick fil a? A rude manager that can’t even produce basic customer service? If she’s a lead, god forbid how much more worse off the rest of the managers are. Jeremy, I hope you take into account what type of leaders you’re allowing to run your store, otherwise it’s going to turn into a joke. And thank you to the girl who has the pink glasses; I didn’t get her name but she was very sweet. I asked her for more sauce and a refill on my lemonade and she happily gave me what I asked without so much a hint of attitude. That leader can stand to learn a couple of things from the others that she clearly looks down on. What a rude woman.

When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee assisting me responded with an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. The worker behind them also appeared to feel awkward about the interaction. Additionally, my order was not given to me correctly. I have visited many different Chick-fil-A locations, and I have never been treated this way or experienced this level of poor customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated and ensuring orders are handled accurately.

He did NOT take my order. My friend and I pulled up to the speaker where nobody talked to us for a solid two minutes. Then we get to the spot where you get your food and this woman treated me and my friend like it was our fault that nobody talked to us and took our order. When she finally took my order she only took half of it then when I said the rest she said "wow! That's a lot of food" I felt like she was calling me fat and it just seemed very disrespectful. She made me feel like an inconvenience. Even though it's her job and her coworkers messed up. I will not be coming back. She ruined my night.
