The Chicken and Waffle combos for 4 adults, 3 spicy chicken and 1 not spicy was worth it. This was dinner time. I’d say make it an all day meal. I know this will become most Favorite item soon. Definitely give a try.

Came specifically for a pup cup (little bit of whipped cream in a small bowl). I placed my order and pulled around. The attendant, who was wearing blue so maybe they were a manager or shift lead, hands me my food, no mention of the pup cup and it’s not there (at least you could have offered a milk bone like the attendant who took my order or be the first to acknowledge that yall don’t do that instead of ignoring it and hoping I don’t say anything). I ask about it and the person says ‘is it for your dog?’ I say yes while smiling and the person responds ‘yeah, we don’t do that,’ and turns around. it is not your concern what I’m going to do with my whipped cream. You could say we don’t do that for free cause it’s expensive or something to that effect but you just say no. I’m willing to pay for it. I walk in and ask for a small container with whipped cream. The attendant goes to make it for me and I’m assuming is stopped by this manager and then comes back and says no. I say I’m willing to pay for it, they respond that there is not a button for that. I work in food industry so I suggest to ring it up as a cookie and give me the whipped cream. This attendant responds that we don’t have anything to put it in. I just ordered a Mac and cheese, bites and a frosted lemonade so I know that you do indeed have little paper cups to put a little bit of whipped cream in and I have been to chick fil a’s where they will do this (FOR FREE BTW). Are you free to refuse service to anyone? Of course. But do you think this is good service? Do you think I’ll come back here next time? Do you think that you are likely to keep customers happy when you can’t do something as simple as a small whipped cream cup? I went to Starbucks right next door, they didn’t make me order anything, they just got me a little pup cup and smiled and told me to have a good day. I’ll be back to Starbucks next week and they get a 5 star review. Way to make yourself look bad for something so easy 👍🏽

I visited for breakfast, and it took nearly an hour to leave. The drive through line was lengthy, and there was no staff outside to take orders, which is usually standard at Chick-fil-A. The food quality was not satisfactory, and the requested condiments and napkins were missing from the bag. The drink was flat, and the ice had melted. I'm uncertain about the circumstances that day, but this does not align with the typical Chick-fil-A standards. I may consider visiting a different location in the future, as this one appears to be inconsistent.

I'm not sure why they have a dedicated curbside line if they refuse to acknowledge it. I've been here twice. First time I thought it was a fluke that the order got lost, but it was frustrating that they didn't greet anyone in the curbside line. I had to pull around and wait again in the normal line just for it to be lost. Just went for a second time, and there was no greeting in the curbside line after 10 minutes. I ended up leaving and canceling my order.

Propbably the rudest and slowest chic fil a I’ve been too. Waited at the counter for pick up order, 3 people walked in and they ignored me to assist them. Whatever, sat down to wait, saw them place my food and drink on the counter so I walked back up to the pick up bar, they looked at me and then someone else walked in beside me and before I could say anything they turned to help the next person who came? Then the girl WALKED AWAY and I had to be like hey, can I get my food and drinks that’s been sitting there for 5 minutes now?? Get to the car and the chicken biscuit has ZERO breading but on the side and where it had breading it was soggy!! No, the bread did not stick to the biscuit. Who wants a soggy unbreaded chicken patty? For the price you pay here it’s crazy. Have had 3 bad experiences at ONLY this chic fil a, won’t ever come back again,
