  Ashley went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. Not only was she very polite, friendly, and professional, she was very accommodating when they were out of one of the ingredients I had paid for and she handled the situation in a way that makes me happy to be a repeat customer.

  The service felt a bit uncomfortable at times. We felt like our pronunciation was being corrected or made fun of, and one of the servers appeared to be laughing as well. It made the experience feel less welcoming than we expected.

  If I place a future order why am I getting a notification it's ready within 5 minutes of placing it? So my food is just sitting there when I said I wanted it ready an hour from then? I double checked my receipt to ensure it's supposed to be ready later and I placed it correctly.

  I visited this restaurant on 8/12/26 and was greeted by Michael who so patiently took my order for the strawberry glazed salmon dish. I’m currently on a special diet and trying to avoid spicy, fried foods, and oil. He was very patient with explaining the ingredients and I didn’t feel rushed as I have in times past. I even thanked him in the moment for being so patient. Then I was met with Jason the cashier, stellar service all the way around. Thanks guys for an amazing experience, I’ll be back!

  Came to cava with my daughter for lunch and had the most pleasant encounter! Jason cashed us out and he was the absolute best (I never call people out by name, but he was awesome). Food is amazing, especially the FRESH pita chips. This is what keeps me coming back.
