This was our very first time eating at Cava, and it could not have been a better experience. I brought my mom and my aunt alongvforvthe ride, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Since it was our first visit, we appreciated how patient, polite, and helpful everyone was with giving us great recommendations. The food was exceptionally fresh and delicious, but what truly blew us away was the service. A team member named Mike stood out in an incredible way. His hospitality was second to none and he went above and beyond, even checking in on us throughout our meal to ensure we were enjoying everything. It wasn’t just us, either; a table of four seated right next to us were also first-timers, and they were having an equally fantastic experience. Cava Domain has officially won us over. I am completely hooked and will definitely make this a mandatory stop whenever I’m hanging out at The Domain!

This was our first time and probably last. We told the service guys that this is our first time and they did not help us order. We told them that we wanted to sample the humus with a pita and falafel. They made side orders of all the humus and a bowl with pita balls and the final bill came up to $30 when a bowl would have costed us $11. Im like this is not fine dining for such a big bill. They made me charge it on my card. Later the supervisor used me as a way to teach the others on how to get it right and made me feel like I was at fault. No apologies or anything. Finally after a lot of coaxing charged me for a bowl and a couple of sides. Oh well.

I will not be visiting Cava again. My last few visits have not been the best, but this time in particular the experience was unacceptable. This location is supposed to be open until 11 p.m. and I showed up at 10:20 p.m., a full 40 minutes before closing and found the whole kitchen and store to be already shutting down leaving myself and remaining customers with the old and hardened scraps left over. There is no reason why a food establishment should be closing down 40 minutes early, terrible management. On top of that, the salmon I got was hard as a rock and smelled awful because it was clearly old due to the kitchen being shut down before I arrived, meaning they were serving old batches of protein. Then to top it off, when I asked for a refund, they told me the manager wasn’t around so I would have to come back the following day to initiate a refund…all that after already wasting my time trying to eat here and then being left at 10:40 p.m. to find another place to eat. Very disappointed.

Usually I love Cava and have a great experience at all of their locations, but I placed a chicken and rice bowl order on my phone to go and picked it up. When I got home and opened my bowl, they forgot my chicken, which I understand because we all make mistakes, but it was the fact that this restaurant was so unreachable when I tried to call them. The line just ended, like they shut their phone off, which is ridiculous.

First time visitng a CAVA today - and first impressions mean everything in today's world. The food was actually good and seemed fresh, the pita chips were the shining star of the meal though. Service was sub-par though the initial team member at the front of the order line was very nice. Again, never been to a CAVA, and the workers seemed too bothered to be helpful with how the line/choices of toppings work (I found out it's like a Chipotle line, you walk through and choose what you want to add). My cohort commented that the rest of the workers seemed like they didn't even want to be working there, which is definitely the vibe I was receiving too. Most of the tables were filthy, we happened to find one table that was clean enough to be comfortable sitting at. Overall would not go out of my way to visit this location unfortunately. We have a new CAVA where I live but I haven't visited that location - if I do I sure hope the atmosphere is friendlier and it is at least cleaner.
