  This was my first time at CAVA, and definitely NOT my last! I usually go to Chipotle, but after my last experience there, let’s just say… Chipotle and I needed to take a little break from each other. So I decided to try something new, and I’m honestly glad I did! Will gave me excellent customer service and was super helpful. He recommended the Chicken + RightRice Bowl, and he definitely knew what he was doing because that bowl was GOOD! Huge shoutout to Will for making my first CAVA experience such a great one. I came in just trying something new and left wondering why I didn’t try CAVA sooner. I’ll definitely be back!

  I just had a very strange encounter with an African American lady through the drive through today. I ordered mobile pick up, she handed me my food and didn’t give me the drink I ordered. I told her that I ordered a drink and I guess she didn’t believe me so she made me give my whole food bag back to her so she could check if I ordered a drink. She then went to go get my drink and when she handed it to me it wasn’t even filled up all of the way. When I pulled off she continued saying passive aggressive remarks to me. This was very unnecessary behavior especially for a short encounter like mobile pickup. She must had a bad day

  Came for a late lunch meal with my girlfriend and her brother visiting from out of town. Staff was so rude. My girlfriend is helping her brother translate the options for his build your own bowl and the staff the entire time was so annoyed with us ordering. Staff was then laughing at us after we got our order. I would understand if they were busy but we were the only ones in line for a while. Staff looked so annoyed. Will not be coming back to this location. It sucks cause we love cava so much and wanted him to try it.

  I have never really tried Mediterranean food so this was a great start for me, the food was really good, it tasted really fresh which is ideal when you’re planning to eat something that involves vegetables and meat. The atmosphere was great I had a lovely employee named Meghan who was the one that made my bowl, she was very sweet and easy to talk to especially when it came to asking questions about the food and what it contained. Overall I will definitely will be going back.

  I had such a genuinely great experience here, and I really wanted to take the time to write a proper review because I left feeling very satisfied with both the food and the service. Sometimes you go somewhere expecting to have a decent meal, but the overall experience ends up being so much better than you anticipated. That was definitely the case for me. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I never felt rushed or ignored. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and attention I received throughout my visit. Andrea Lucas was absolutely amazing and deserves a lot of recognition for the way she took care of me. Andrea was friendly, attentive, patient, and professional from beginning to end. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and she checked in on me without making me feel like I was being rushed through my meal. I really appreciated that because good service isn't just about bringing food to the table. It's about making the customer feel welcome and making sure they have a positive experience, and Andrea definitely did that. You could tell that Andrea genuinely cared about whether I was enjoying myself. She was pleasant to talk to, had a great attitude, and was always willing to help. Even the little things made a difference. She paid attention to what I needed, made sure everything was going well, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable.
