  This was our first time eating at CAVA in Austin, and it was an amazing experience! We were visiting for the 4th of July weekend, and the outstanding customer service made our visit even more memorable. Andrea, who was a new employee, greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly patient as we looked over the menu and decided what to order. Jason was equally fantastic—he took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The food was delicious, but the kindness and genuine hospitality from Andrea and Jason are what truly stood out. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Austin. Thank you all for everything you do, and keep up the great work!

  These two employees Veronica and Will were amazing! I haven’t been to Cava in about two years and they definitely hooked me up and helped me get good stuff! Their recommendations, 10/10!! Give them a raise!!!

  Victoria is awesome! Very help she took her time with me made my first CAVA experience a great one and AJ gréets & lifts every customer up that walks thru the door and in line if you're having a bad day or in a mood you'll definitely leave in better spirits! Team works together, thanks Victoria for your great smile and customer service!

  I love cava but today my lentils were hard as a rock! I was unable to eat my bowl because they are so tiny and mixed with everything else. It felt like I was chewing on mini pebbles & had to thrown the food away. I called the restaurant to provide feedback but there was no answer to multiple attempts.

  First time trying Cava. I was surprised I liked it as much as I did. Because, I think, so many people come here it was just expected of me to just know the process. The menu and signs didn't clearly show what's the order of ordering things and the employees definitely rushed me. I get it though lol. Now that I know, I'll be back.
